This review is for Otis Plumbing, who I understand took over the accounts of Lorentz Plumbing. Chris (Otis) and his crew were professional, polite, and responsive. The work was quality work and was done efficiently. The pricing was very reasonable and excellent communication throughout. Very pleased with this company and their work. I've found my new plumber!

Needed a sump pump installed with a battery back-up. I needed it installed while water was pouting into the crock. I called around to several plumbing companies and it was obvious I had to choose Oliver's plumbing. Ron knew exacting how to get it done. Another company quoted lower, but Ron explained that can't do do it that way when water is rushing through. I called the other company and they confirmed it more of a cost than there quote originally.

Ron was a total pro! Answered questions and was friendly. More important he got the job done!

Estimate by Dennis was excellent. Spent a fair bit of time with me to discuss options and I really appreciated his perspective. Work by Brian was excellent. Showed up just a few minutes before the scheduled time and got a hot water heater installed quickly. Quality work!
