I didn't see or smell or old disposal as it was being replaced, no hidden fees, all parts/labor/removing the old disposal was done for $300 I was quoted on the phone.

I can't wait for this new disposal to break down so I can call them again in 5 years.

Had kitchen drains replaced after they just fell apart. Good work and price. Drain design makes much more sense than the previous drain pipes, and is almost artful. Also explained how to fix my toilet since it was having trouble as well. Very helpful, and will use again.

I am not satisfied with one guys work. His attitude and the way he behaved is not in normal. He is not experienced and he explained diagnosed work to insurance authorizer using complicated words which they denied to authorize the work. Bad experience i felt why I called this guys for this fix.

He was very polite and went about his business in a prompt and orderly fashion. Upon completing the inspection, he took the time to explain the details involved as well as offering me the opportunity to enroll in the All Comfort service plan.

Great experience from start to finish. I needed a kitchen sink hooked up, a little more complicated than normal. They came out to look at what needed to be done for no charge. They came back later and did a great job fixing everything quickly at a fare price. Awesome communication, and gave me a lot of advice along the way.

We had a plugged main line and Jay was on call, he was very respect and polite. He did excellent work and was very good with the kids asking so many questions. He was fast and thorough had good information to help us from having anymore issue. Roto-Rooter had good equipment but this family will go back because of Jay and his excellent customer service. Hopefully we don't need to though :).

I made an appt, technician was on time. He quoted me 150.00-200.00 to unclog basement sink. He unplugged the sink in 5 min and charged me the most he had quoted. After he left I cleaned out the sink of debris and ran water to rinse out sink. The water drained very slowly. I called him back, had to wait until next day for him to return. He told go down and plunge it that might help. That is what I paid him for. Not happy.
