The tech did a great job. He explained things to me, and gave me advice for the future. He said this was a more complicated system than most, so I’m glad he was able to fix our problem!

We called in the morning and the service rep came mid-morning to check out a concern about a gas smell. Jessie was very polite, efficient and thorough. It reassuring to get help so quickly…BTW - everything was fine!

Dave Jones service has been very good. We were the second home owners and had issues with both the air and heat. Dave Jones sent someone out quickly and fixed the issues at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called, Mr. Rudeness answered. Told me to text him all the info of what I wanted done, so basically do his job for him. He said the appointment won't be today, not tomorrow but possibly three days from call. I did text and then never heard anything again. Apt day came and went...not a word. Called another company, got a friendly answer, a nice worker, and a same day appointment.
