A+ Service from the crew at Dave Jones. Our fan went out on our furnace so I sent them a message through their web portal (it was after hours and I didn't think it needed an emergency visit). Julie at DJ promptly replied back the next morning and set up a service call that day. They were pleasant, respectful, clean, and quickly solved the issue (fan controller module). Price was reasonable especially given the speed at which they were able to address the problem.

I worked with Mike who was extremely personable and kind. Mike helped coordinate the plumber to come out and install a new gas pipe for our dryer (transitioned from electric to gas). Our plumber was kind, quick, and did a great job too. Our neighbors had recommended them to us as we are new to the area, and I can say without a doubt I would recommend them as well.

I called Ziegler Plumbing to replace our toilet on Monday and Dave set an appointment for Thursday. He called me as he had a spot open up on Wednesday and I accepted that. They called in advance and were on the way. Arrived on time and within and hour we had a brand new toilet installed! The old one was hauled away and I did not have to shop or do anything. Upon completion of the work everything was picked up and cleaned! Dave recommended the Gerber toilet and I do have to say it is quiet and powerful. Jack came out and replaced my water heater same day we called. My Dad and I were going to attempt the replacement ourselves, but it was past our level of expertise. We gave Jack a call and he was out a few hours later and got it replaced quickly and efficiently. Nice guy too! We’ll be using him from now on for sure. Water heater is working amazing and finally no more old leaking one I had for years.
