They had appointment availability the next day, and were able to complete some complex repairs, along with explaining everything that they were doing. The price was more than reasonable for the repairs done, and I’ll be using them again in the future if I have more plumbing issues!

Emailed Dave Jones on a Tuesday night and received a call the next day with an estimate of what they charge. I called them back and was told they could do the repair on my leaking toilet. They arrived when they said they would and finished it up in about 45 minutes . I was very pleased with everything from start to finish. I would highly recommend.

In and out in under an hour, he fixed the problem explained what he did, extremely nice, very professional. If I have any plumbing problems arise in the future he'll be the guy I call first.

Bruce made an assessment and created a plan for a number of things needing updating in basement of my home (built in 1930). He explained things clearly and I had a good understanding of the work order. Bruce arrived on time, was very pleasant and showed me work as it progressed, keeping me informed.
