Excellent experiences with Dallman Plumbing. I had my water heater and softer replace (2 separate occasions), and was extremely happy with them both. Quality work. Professional. Will definitely use them in the future.

We had sump pump failure in March which led to some standing water in our basement pretty quickly. I called Lichtfeld Plumbing and could not believe how quickly they got there to get the problem under control! I had called another service first who would not have been able to get there until the next day even as emergency call, but Lichtfeld was there within an hour. And they were so knowledgeable and helpful about what our next steps needed to be. I highly recommend them and will be calling on them again for any future projects that involve plumbing. At a crisis time, these are the kinds of folks you want to be able to call on.

Dan arrived the same day and fixed my clogged sink and broken faucet efficiently, professionally, and with courtesy. They don't know it yet, but I'm calling them again today to fix my tub faucet. Highly recommended!

I had a pipe spring a leak this morning and needed someone to come same-day since we are leaving town tomorrow. Triggs was able to come out with a few hours notice and replace the cracked valve. They were efficient and excellent to work with, and it was much appreciated!

I called 10 different plumbing businesses for estimates to replace my garbage disposal and Benjamin Plumbing was ahead by a mile in lowest cost and best warranty. (Not best warranty for the cost. Best warranty of the 10 places I called)

They were friendly, reachable, affordable, and the pumbler was quick, knowledgeable and personable.

I didn't see or smell or old disposal as it was being replaced, no hidden fees, all parts/labor/removing the old disposal was done for $300 I was quoted on the phone.

I can't wait for this new disposal to break down so I can call them again in 5 years.

I have owned a home for many years and haven't had to hire a plumber. I was nervous about shopping around for one. After receiving three different estimates, I called Robert's plumbing. They fit me in their busy schedule within just a couple days. Dominic, the plumber, was very kind and professional. He patiently answered my many questions, and finished replacing my three shut off valves in a very reasonable amount of time. I no longer have to shop for a plumber. I will be using Robert's Plumbing and Heating for my jobs in the future, and I will be recommending them to all my friends.

Great guys, great work! I was so happy to be able to call Mark's RR and get an appointment for the same day. Sean showed up and was so kind and friendly and put me at ease that he'd be able to solve our plumbing problem. He was so careful and respectful in our home and with our items and left things much cleaner than when he arrived. Our AC stopped working during the recent heatwave. Cardinal sent Andrew to our home the next day and he identified and fixed the multiple issues our system had. Andrew was friendly, professional and represented his company well. The final cost, while not cheap, was well explained and worth it. The only very small thing I did not like was having to keep an eye on my phone, since they don’t schedule specific appointment times, just days, and they contact you about half an hour before arrival. But this is a small inconvenience in return for good and knowledgeable service.

We thought we had a leaking water heater that was not that old. I called Lorentz, left a message and he called back. I described the problem, he helped me check a few things and told me what to watch for so we could confirm whether or not the heater was leaking. It turns out, the water was coming from a plugged humidifier drain hose, causing the humidifier to leak where the drain hose connected to the humidifier drain. Lorentz's instructions were clear, helpful and he was pleasant to speak with.

Extremely rude. When I called with questions about our bill, I was greeted with sarcasm and accusations. The call ended when I was hung-up on. I've never interacted with a business person this unprofessional.

I like to support businesses in my neighborhood, but I can't call upon Butler Plumbing again.

Hot water heater was blowing fuses a lot. Technician went above and beyond to find out what was causing it. Turned out to be an electrical issue. I appreciated his honesty and trying to help diagnose the issue.
