I'm not even interested in what the quote says, this company won't be getting our business.

I had a pipe spring a leak this morning and needed someone to come same-day since we are leaving town tomorrow. Triggs was able to come out with a few hours notice and replace the cracked valve. They were efficient and excellent to work with, and it was much appreciated!

Marks Reddi Rooter is a life saver! I was in a real bind with basement drain backing up, I called Mark's on my friend's recommendation and they sent someone over right away. He was very polite and most importantly got my drain fixed in no time for a fair price! I'll never call another company!

We have water heating and our boiler went out on the coldest day. After calling many places Cardinal heating was the only one that could come over in a reasonable time. The serviceman was extremely knowledgeable and he had the part with him. He was able to get it fixed very quickly. He also pointed out that when we had the last people come and clean our boiler they missed some important things. Since this happened we have also had them come look at our AC. Again a very knowledgeable person who ID'ed the problem quickly and fixed it. I have also noticed that they are less expensive than other folks. This is a great bonus!

Purchased two new toilets. Wanted pros to install. One arrived broken, only realized when Oasen unboxed them. They were not purchased from Oasen. They managed to not only install but came back in timely fashion to install replacement. Also had a p trap rot out. Easy to do unless it’s stripped out and broken off. Oasen did the job in less than 10 minutes and worth a full hour.

Had them put in a new sink faucet. It went in super fast and while on site they also disconnected my dishwasher. Two guys, an apprentice and Master. I would use them again. They also explained why you have to buy parts from them, they get much better parts than you get online or at home Depot so they only guarantee when they buy. I confirmed that you can buy the same model for cheaper than Butler offers but the parts are really not the same like they told me. Plastic versus brass...
