Dan arrived the same day and fixed my clogged sink and broken faucet efficiently, professionally, and with courtesy. They don't know it yet, but I'm calling them again today to fix my tub faucet. Highly recommended!

Very responsive! My furnace died and was beyond repair. The new furnace wasn’t going to be installed for 2 days so the very kind repairman loaned me 2 space heaters. Everyone I spoke and dealt with was kind, super helpful, and very prompt.The price seemed a bit inflated but it’s hard to shop around for prices and reviews when it’s the middle of January. Overall, very satisfied and very impressed with my shiny new furnace!

Purchased two new toilets. Wanted pros to install. One arrived broken, only realized when Oasen unboxed them. They were not purchased from Oasen. They managed to not only install but came back in timely fashion to install replacement. Also had a p trap rot out. Easy to do unless it’s stripped out and broken off. Oasen did the job in less than 10 minutes and worth a full hour.

Received great service today with a clogged kitchen sink. Work was done quickly and on short notice. Price was very reasonable and about half what I expected. Would highly recommend!

Did not fix my issue and I had a VERY bad experience. Referred me to an electrician and charged me a lot of $$ just to say was an electrical issue. Electrician evaluated and determined it was in fact a plumbing issue.

Called a second plumber and they fixed right away. I shared the invoices and asked Pertzborn to waive my fee but they refused. I paid for them to do nothing and incorrectly diagnose an issue that was quickly addressed by a different firm.

Rob was able to get a replacement for my kohler faucet after it started leaking. He installed the new part quickly and it’s been working great ever since.

I had a gas leak in my basement. Jack was there right away to fix the problem, for a reasonable rate.
