Thanks to Ashley, office manager, they were able connect with the insurance company and got them to pay half of the cost. It helped us tremendously. Ashley was also able to get us financing and it was off the charts!! WesTex Plumbing was extremely professional, courteous and a great team overall. They were able to get us going in about 2 days. Initially, I bought a Groupon for my mom's heater and air conditioning to be tuned up. When the guy gets to my mom's, he informed me that her heater was not working, so he couldn't tune it. So, I ask him how much it would be to fix it and he says that it was about 300. I told him to go ahead and fix it, and he said he did. About a month later the heater isn't working, so I call to have them go check it. I was told it was back up and running and that the unit needed to be cleaned. So, I paid about $183 to get him to clean out the unit. I asked him if I needed to get the air conditioner checked and he said he checked it and It was running fine. Two weeks later, I go to my mother's house and it is hot...i turn on the air conditioner and all I hear is homing and there is no air. Call Gibson again, and was told that they did the work they had said they did and that they have pictures to prove it...i asked to see these pictures and he proceeded to tell me that he already deleted them. Now, he's telling me it will be about another 300 to fix...so, I'm calling someone else and just going to place this review here so that others can avoid them before spending so much for nothing.

My water heater went out and was leaking everywhere, and I needed help fast. The leak was causing issues with the electrical of the house, as well, shorting out connections and all that. I live in a manufactured house, so there was also a fear that the leak would damage the floor and cause it to rot out in that area. I called them at 2pm and they agreed to meet me at my house at 4. Since I had already bought a water heater at Lowe's, they were able to remove the old one, install the new one, and replace the piping to the new heater in just a couple of hours. Jessie was very friendly, professional, upfront, and honest with me about the price and timeline of the whole process. Will use again, especially since he does work on manufactured homes, which is something that's surprisingly hard to find.

They worked on our ac unit and we didn't even put in a work order for it. We've been without an AC for 5 days in 100+ degree heat. It was their mistake!!

Went through my home warranty for a constantly running toilet. Got scheduled for an appointment in a timely manner. Logan was our service guy. He communicated his arrival time well with me, listened to what all needed to be fixed and fixed it quickly and efficiently. He was also super nice to my very people friendly dog and that was much appreciated :)

Maggie was extremely friendly as was AJ and his team who came out and installed our new ac/heating unit! They got it done extremely fast and even cleaned and swept up the area where they performed the work. I highly recommend B & R for any ac/heating needs!

Outstanding service and very courteous. Steve came out to snake a slow drain for me. He was very cordial & efficient. Very pleased with their service, he was on time, got the job done in a efficient time & stuck around & double checked that the drain was cleared out & he cleaned up after himself. These guys came and was very polite and very educated. They didnt really have time to deal with the problem i had at my home considering it was under the house and it was muddy but they helped me locate the water leak. The guy was also willing to work with us on price. Top plumbers in town. I strongly recommend them
