Emailed on Sunday night of issue. When On MonDay am I had not received a scheduling call, I called them. Scheduled for Tuesday noonish. On time, very polite and informative as we had not used the Warranty service before. Here an hour and AC is working now. Excellent!

Thanks to Ashley, office manager, they were able connect with the insurance company and got them to pay half of the cost. It helped us tremendously. Ashley was also able to get us financing and it was off the charts!! WesTex Plumbing was extremely professional, courteous and a great team overall. They were able to get us going in about 2 days. M. R. Plumber is a very responsive and high quality plumbing company. My husband called them yesterday to schedule an appointment to inspect a plumbing project in our master bathroom, and they scheduled an appointment for the next day, and was able to perform our plumbing pipe repair requested during the appointment. Raul and his assistant not only accessed things quickly and went right to work but left the area very tidy and gave us a very fair price for the supplies and labor. I will definitely use Mario and Raul again in the future.

I have been a week without hot water. They work a little bit more and then leave. I still have a water leak. My water and electric bill will be as much as he's charging. I would not recommend them for anything. I refuse to pay what he's charging.

Called in with an A/C issue around 2:30pm. The crew had it diagnosed and fixed before 7:00 pm the same day, even after normal business hours. Pricing was also incredibly fair. That’s top notch service!! Thank you Dee!

Jesse and his apprentice were very professional and quick. They were able to help us the same day as our water heater emergency. They rerouted some shody workman ship of the previous tenant, and we had hot water in no time.

These people settled for $1,200 and when we gave them the credit card info they charged $1,701.25. This is fraud. They are crooks. Do not use their services. Over priced for one and inflate your bill. Criminals!!!

Called Churchwell Plumbing on Monday to come out and look at my plumbing issues. All of my toilets and tubs were backed up and being 6 months pregnant the sanitary issue was a concern. When I called I was advised that there will be a $75.00 call out fee and it may be a septic tank issue that they don't handle. For the sake of at least figuring out whether it was a septic issue or a clog I still wanted them to come out. Literally, I showed the gentlemen my tub and we walked one side of the house and there wasn't a real attempt to find the sewer clean out. Just by looking at my tub and walking the side of my house I was advised that it was a septic tank issue. Due to the holidays I could not get the septic pumping company out until Wednesday to pump my septic tank. Firstly, the septic tank was not full and secondly, after it was pumped my drains were still clogged-meaning this was never a septic tank issue. I attempted to call Churchwell Plumbing back to get it resolved, however, their phone was down. After nearly 3 days with no plumbing I went ahead and reached out to another company. Mr. Wilson's Plumbing came out the same day and there was a completely different vibe. They went above and beyond to make sure my baby and I were taken care of. They came out with a motive to fix the issue, unlike the response I got from Churchwell. Needless to say, it was not a septic tank issue and the clog could have been taken care of, but Churchwell took the $75.00 and ran with it.
