Very nice service and polite.

I have been a week without hot water. They work a little bit more and then leave. I still have a water leak. My water and electric bill will be as much as he's charging. I would not recommend them for anything. I refuse to pay what he's charging.

I called them on a Thursday, because my moms bathtub was leaking and destroying the wall. They were out that afternoon and had us fixed up in a few hours. Price and quality was excellent. The employees were very polite and respectful. My mom was very happy with them. Great Job.

Our air conditioner went out and they were so prompt at getting a technician here within 2 hours of our calling them. We had to get a new unit and they kept us informed about shipping and when it got here they installed it the next morning. We have used Duncan for 30 years and they are a great group of folks.

I had Tyler, Ron, and Cory all three different guys come and work on my dads ac unit & water hearter in Abernathy & was so pleased with them, that I went ahead and had them service my unit. Honestly I would have to say that for me especially with our units honesty goes a long way. The pricing was fair not outrageous and the work performed was awesome. I would highly recommend them and will to anyone who asks me about Plumbing and AC issues! Thank you all for your service! :)

Can't say enough good things about this great company. My husband and I were so weighed down by the stress of our sewer line. Our insurance had initially denied paying any cost of repairs. Thanks to Ashley, office manager, they were able connect with the insurance company and got them to pay half of the cost. It helped us tremendously. Ashley was also able to get us financing and it was off the charts!! WesTex Plumbing was extremely professional, courteous and a great team overall. They were able to get us going in about 2 days. The owner of the company even called us to make sure we were happy with their service. We are extremely grateful for good people like WesTex Plumbing. Use them for all of your plumbing needs!! Prompt and Informative

We have had someone out to unstop a toilet and he did a great job! He was able to get to us in a timely manner, was polite, helpful, explained problem and took care of it right away.
During some remodeling, we were told we needed to have the old water softener pipes cut and tied off, when I called, Rosie was able to get us help right away. The service guys were excellent, did a great job and had everything taken care of in a short time.
We have been VERY PLEASED with Jay Young Plumbing and would definitely recommend their services!
