Excellent service!! I highly recommend!!

I have been a week without hot water. They work a little bit more and then leave. I still have a water leak. My water and electric bill will be as much as he's charging. I would not recommend them for anything. I refuse to pay what he's charging.

Had a busted water line 3 months ago. Called and spoke with a guy named John. He was extremely disrespectful and arrogant, like he was better than me. The men who showed up were nice so I didnt question their intelligence. The bill was disgustingly expensive, but at least I could end business with this company... or so I thought...

Now I have a foundation issue and the same water leak but worse. Called another plumbing company and got it fixed right. Except now we have to hire framers, carpenters and a hand full of other contractors. With all this money were haven't to spend because of DR Plumber.. I think will be pursing for legal action.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this fly by night circus.

Duncan office and teams are fantastic. Dustin and Braxton are ones who anwsered our service call on a very short notice. Professional, knowledgeable and very personable. This dynamic duo we will in furture services request by name. Dustin is upfront about whats needed, suggested and necessary. Price quotes are VERY reasonable and better than competitors. I'm grateful I was given a referral from another heating/ac representative who was unable to assist. Definitely this home is now a Duncan services home. Prompt professional service. Had a pipe bust by my water heater and only recourse was shutting down main to the house. I literally called about 5 or 6 different plumbers before coming across JD's. The best any of the rest of them could do was get someone to my house in a day or more, which obviously an issue when you are completely without water. They had someone to my house in about 3 hours and fixed the problem in about 20 minutes. I'm not sure how the price compared but honestly didn't matter given the situation. My only regret is that I don't remember the plumbers name who came out as he was a stand up professional!

I had Tyler, Ron, and Cory all three different guys come and work on my dads ac unit & water hearter in Abernathy & was so pleased with them, that I went ahead and had them service my unit. Honestly I would have to say that for me especially with our units honesty goes a long way. The pricing was fair not outrageous and the work performed was awesome. I would highly recommend them and will to anyone who asks me about Plumbing and AC issues! Thank you all for your service! :)

I have used WesTech Plumbing since it was recommended by a local realtor. I trust them completely.
My last was a clogged drain. After the repair it flowed cleanly for a day and then clogged again. They came out and did a very thorough cleansing of the line at no charge.
Honest people. Well worthy of your trust.

M. R. Plumber is a very responsive and high quality plumbing company. My husband called them yesterday to schedule an appointment to inspect a plumbing project in our master bathroom, and they scheduled an appointment for the next day, and was able to perform our plumbing pipe repair requested during the appointment. Raul and his assistant not only accessed things quickly and went right to work but left the area very tidy and gave us a very fair price for the supplies and labor. I will definitely use Mario and Raul again in the future.

Cory and Matt were very friendly, informative and hard working! They repaired a very difficult water line leak which required digging through massive tree roots. This was close to a sidewalk and gate in back yard. The mud was hard to work in and made a huge mess but when they were done they cleaned and washed the space so you couldn’t even tell they had been here! It was amazing and much appreciated!!

We had what we thought was a simple water slab leak, which turned into three weeks of sewer line, ac return duct and water repair. They guys were AMAZING!! They got us fixed up, fixed problems we didn't know we had, were cleaned up everyday and took great care to keep things clean. Everything is great now. The nicest service people I've had. If I could give them more that 5 starts I would!

Jay and Raymond did exactly what they said they would do. They were prompt at returning calls and knowledgable. We had a mini split installed and they were top notch. We have also used their plumbing services in our restrooms. No complaints and cheaper than who we had been using.
