Water heater died, they came out early Monday and had it all fixed up by early afternoon. Best ever! Highly recommend

We had our AC leaking water into our home and within 25 minutes they had someone out there to fix the problem. This all happened after midnight which didn't stop them from getting to us immediately. Great company and people. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Had ac issues on a Sun. Called at 8 am and Lowery’s technician, Patrick Castro, communicated via phone when heading to our residence and was here by 10. Patrick was extremely knowledgeable on our unit and had the issue resolved in about 15 min. Patrick was very thorough in explaining the issue and possible cause. Rudy helped us with a drain cleaning 2 months ago, so when we had some major issues with our kitchen remodel, we called him. He was able to figure out the problem and worked diligently to find the least invasive solution that would hopefully resolve the issue. When that didn't work he came back the next day to replace a section of the main kitchen drain pipe and get our drain working properly. We will use him again when we start our bathroom remodel. Rudy is a master plumber and a great guy!

I have been a week without hot water. They work a little bit more and then leave. I still have a water leak. My water and electric bill will be as much as he's charging. I would not recommend them for anything. I refuse to pay what he's charging.
