Tyler came to fix several small plumbing issues. He seemed very knowledgeable about problems with plumbing fixtures, and offered several options for repair. He also noticed some other potential problems while he was there. He wasn't pushy, just pointed out that an outside faucet would soon need replacing. He fixed it to work until it completely dies. He was professional, pleasant and helpful.

Can't say enough good things about this great company. My husband and I were so weighed down by the stress of our sewer line. Our insurance had initially denied paying any cost of repairs. Thanks to Ashley, office manager, they were able connect with the insurance company and got them to pay half of the cost. It helped us tremendously. Jay Young Plumbing is professional, on time and honest. They are respectful and do not try to upset you on unnecessary repairs. I called Jay Young for a second opinion when another company said I needed thousands in repairs when I had called for a simple clog.. The plumber arrived on time and unclogged our line in less than 30 minutes. I asked him to scope the line to make sure everything was working in order. He agreed to do it although he thought it was unnecessary as the line was running well. He scoped every inch of the lines and ensured we would be running well for years before any more repairs would be needed. I am so grateful to Jay Young Plumbing for preventing me from becoming the victim of a scam artist.

Called powerhouse last week to come fix our kitchen sink and they said someone would come out Saturday between 11-1. So I spent my Saturday waiting for a plumber that never came or even called. I called them at 1:25 on Saturday and left them a message and they never even called me back. Very unprofessional. Thank you for wasting my Saturday.
