Thanks to Ashley, office manager, they were able connect with the insurance company and got them to pay half of the cost. It helped us tremendously. This was one of the best home maintenance experiences I have ever had. Chris M was very professional and friendly. She provided suggestions for future HVAC needs but was not pushy. I highly suggest and recommend Armstrong! Stan also did some plumbing work for me and did a great job. The repair was above and beyond expectations. Much better than the original install. Had a busted water line 3 months ago. Called and spoke with a guy named John. He was extremely disrespectful and arrogant, like he was better than me. The men who showed up were nice so I didnt question their intelligence. The bill was disgustingly expensive, but at least I could end business with this company... or so I thought...

Now I have a foundation issue and the same water leak but worse. Called another plumbing company and got it fixed right. Except now we have to hire framers, carpenters and a hand full of other contractors. With all this money were haven't to spend because of DR Plumber.. I think will be pursing for legal action.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this fly by night circus.

Our air conditioner went out and they were so prompt at getting a technician here within 2 hours of our calling them. We had to get a new unit and they kept us informed about shipping and when it got here they installed it the next morning. We have used Duncan for 30 years and they are a great group of folks.

Prompt is in the name for a reason. Response was fast, and repair was being performed at a time sooner than they had quoted. Lee was professional, friendly, and great to visit with! JD's is a superb local business, highly recommended!!!

I own it

This is the second time I have called this service. First time was to fix a leaky faucet. They not only fixed the Outside leaky faucet but installed a kitchen faucet in under an hour. This last time was to install a whole house water filter. Great job and more than fare prices.

He answered on his lunch and was ready to help me out. He arrived early and fixed our issue in less than 15 minutes!! Will only be calling him in the future!!

The original installation price was fair and the work was good but the couple of things they had to fix were EXTREMELY overpriced. I would be very careful using them for any work because of that reason.
