Great guys, very honest

BEST PLUMBING SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN LUBBOCK!!! I have used many plumbing services and felt like I was overcharged or sent slow and inefficient workers. Jay Young's reps gave me a free quote (and the lowest quote by far) and even drove out after hours to check on my situation and didn't charge me a DIME. I had to have my entire gas line replaced and they were here FIRST thing in the morning ready to go. They were very neat and clean and also extremely respectful. Jay himself came out to oversee the work and explained in detail what all they did. At the end of it all Jay gave me a discount on top of the VERY well priced service and job. I will never use another plumber in Lubbock!!!

Justin came on a day he was off, fixed our issue in no time and was so nice! Great customer service and very responsive!

They did not even fix the problem, in fact, made it worse!!! Damaged the exterior of my shower facet. Very poor service from Don. I had to get a different plumber to fix what they didn’t!! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Also, received a quote for an exterior hose bib for $150.00, that’s outrageously overpriced. I replaced myself for $12.

The technician called ahead to let me know they were on their way. He was always on time or slightly ahead of schedule. He came prepared and was polite, efficient, and professional.

Came out and cleared a difficult clog in our kitchen sink drain and he stayed to make sure it was cleared correctly. Was very curteous!

Cody was a pleasure to work with. He was very competent and did exactly what he said he would do.

We had problems in our kids bathroom, and we called another company out and they priced us something outrageous, that included ripping up parts of my floor and a huge hassle for our family. We called Cody and he was able to get someone over the next day and the problem was fixed at a fraction of the cost. The technician worked until he figured it out and got my kids bathroom working again. I will always call F3 now anytime we have a plumbing issue.

This is my second time to use Comfort Masters. I had a plumbing issue with a small leak on my water heater. I called my regular plumbing company that I have referred two slab leaks to and used faithfully for years. They couldn’t “fit me in” until after hours or over the weekend. My wife likes hot showers and that wasn’t going to be an option. She works out at the feed yard and hot showers are a must at our house! I wasn’t even aware that Comfort Masters also had plumbing services until a co worker mentioned /recommended them to me. Long story short, they had a plumber at my house within and hour, the leak was fixed and my wife no longer smelled like feedyard. Comfort Masters is the best!!

I almost don't want to leave a review because I don't want anyone else to take their time away, so that I can keep them to myself, but they deserve it. My favorite contractor in town. On more than one occasion they have not charged me a service call for one reason or another. One time they told me they would have to rent the equipment to do a job, and told me I should get a quote from this other company, but that they would give me a quote anyways. Basically they told me where I could get the job done cheaper and also spent their time giving me a quote anyways.
