Duncan Heating and Air has been a true lifesaver for us amidst the scorching heat wave in West Texas. Their prices were incredibly reasonable, and their communication was top-notch. They swiftly addressed the necessary repairs without pushing any unnecessary add-ons on us. Their focus was solely on fixing what needed to be fixed, and they did so efficiently.

Joe came to my house to locate a leak in my hot water line. Joe located the leak below the slab in my master bedroom. He then presented me with several options to repair, re-line, or reroute the line through the attic. I ultimately chose to have the line repaired by busting through the concrete.

The jackhammer crew, Santos and Isaiah, did an excellent job of opening the floor without allowing the concrete dust to cover everything in the bedroom. Joe and Trey then replaced the leaking pipe and the jackhammer crew filled the hole and repaired the slab. The next day they sent their carpet guy to stretch and reinstall the carpet. Every employee I interacted was friendly, respectful, courteous, and professional. The total cost of the repair was exactly as estimated and was much more reasonable than I initially expected.

I am very pleased with the results and I would not hesitate to call Joe Rushing Plumbing the next time I have plumbing issues.

F3 Plumbing is the one to call! I had a drain problem that other companies couldn’t figure out. Called Cody and an hour or so later our problem was fixed. My sister was having similar issues and had called two different plumbing companies to attempt a fix. Both said they could only fix with lots of money and major overhaul. I told her to call F3…problem solved in short order. No big money or major overhaul needed. Just a smart plumber that will take the time to problem solve. F3 cares about the customer! Give them a call…I will never call anyone else!!!

I requested an appt online and never received a call indicating the appt had been approved the following morning. I called at 10 am and was not greeted in a professional manner. Then at 10:56 am I get a random, nearly incomprehensible text from someone (who turned out to be John) asking for some odd information about the house/water heater. I texted back with him for 3-4 messages and then he was just gone. I called and he never answered. I called the company and was told yeah, John's not very good at communication... No one ever showed up and my advice is to STAY AWAY, FAR, FAR, AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.

These guys came and was very polite and very educated. They didnt really have time to deal with the problem i had at my home considering it was under the house and it was muddy but they helped me locate the water leak. The guy was also willing to work with us on price. Top plumbers in town. I strongly recommend them

The original installation price was fair and the work was good but the couple of things they had to fix were EXTREMELY overpriced. I would be very careful using them for any work because of that reason.

Jack and his team have helped us out many many times over the years at LDDA/SPEC. They go above and beyond to do anything they can to help. Even in sub degree weather!!
