My A/C went out last night. I called Duncan early and got their service. A technician called me back quickly. The technician, Steve, was professional, courteous efficient and quick. I feel they changed a fair price for the new motor and labor. I will definitely use them in the future!

They will go above and beyond to take care of you! The heater went out on new years eve and the owner came himself to fix it for me, making sure we would be warm for the couple of days it took to find the replacement part for the heater by showing me how to manually light the furnace. As soon as he had the part he came and fixed it fully. It is working great now. He was quick and professional, and didn't mind my curious dogs sniffing on him. I am very pleased with this business.

Can't say enough good things about this great company. My husband and I were so weighed down by the stress of our sewer line. Our insurance had initially denied paying any cost of repairs. Thanks to Ashley, office manager, they were able connect with the insurance company and got them to pay half of the cost. It helped us tremendously. Ashley was also able to get us financing and it was off the charts!! WesTex Plumbing was extremely professional, courteous and a great team overall. They were able to get us going in about 2 days. Very professional and kind, the plumber made all the repairs I required and showed me what was broken. The problem was found and rectified by him. This business did a fantastic job.

We had to have a new sewage pipe and clean out installed in our backyard. Not only was this a large product but it was done on time and on budget. Most importantly, he did the job right the first time and treated our property as if it was his own. He is the only plumber I would use again or recommend.

Dee and Rey were very knowledgeable. We had just moved in to the house, not sure what was going on with the hot water heater. Dee knew exactly what the problem was. The repair was complete within an hour. We can now enjoy living in our new house! Thank you for your service.

I had leak in pipe below sink, a leak in kitchen faucet, and a small leak in bathtub faucet. The leak under sink required that he crawl under house to fix it. I opened up hole. He quoted me $350 to do this. He also said if he replaced faucet on sink with his faucet it would be $175. I bought faucet. He then wrote a bill on his phone for $525. I was shocked!! I was speechless. I should not have agree to this but I was so shocked that I did sign the agreement. But this is disgraceful what they charged me for about 2 hours of work. I would not recommend them to anyone. I will do all I can do to let the public know what happened here. Debbie Chaney

They replaced a toilet at my business, and water heater at my home, as well as some faucet installs and other odds and ends repairs. My go to plumber. Always very clean work, on time and friendly.

Called after 1:00p dispatch said they would have someone out this afternoon and had not heard back by 4pm. Called back and left message and Shawn called back and had J at the house within the hour and he did a great job. Had a backed up sewer.

They came to my house for repairs under Choice Home Warranty for a claim that I made to repair hose bibs. They came out took pictures and said we will submit this to your warranty company and if they reject the claim we will call you with a quote if I wanted to pay for it. They asked for the $65 copay. I gave it to them. They cashed the check as fast as possible. they never called me with the quote. it was clear when they said if they reject … they meant when they reject the claim. They clearly knew Choice did not cover hose bibs. Yes it is true that they only answered a call but they knew what it was and that it would not be covered. It would have been nice if when they called in the morning to say they were coming if they had just told me that they knew it would probably be rejected do you still want us to come.
