Best Emergency HVAC Services in Lubbock TX

I have been a week without hot water. They work a little bit more and then leave. I still have a water leak. My water and electric bill will be as much as he's charging. I would not recommend them for anything. I refuse to pay what he's charging.

They called at 1:00pm, said they were on their way, and AC was up and running by 1:45. Someone else had already come out to work on it before and charged me 385, and didnt fix the problem. Very reasonable and fast. They're in my book as first ones to call. Thank you so much.

I called JD’s at 9:41am and someone was at my door within an hour! I received a text beforehand letting me know that our service tech was on his way, which is awesome to get a heads up. Jarron was very professional and knowledgeable, he took the time to show me where the issue was and explained what he was going to repair. I truly appreciate how this company takes care of their veterans. I want to thank Jarron again for getting things up and running so quickly. Everyone from the phone representative to the service technicians who came to my home were very professional and friendly. They quickly determined the problem with my air conditioning and completed the repair in a short time. I felt the cost was very reasonable and would defintely call them again!

They were very prompt in getting someone out to check my hot water heater and very honest about the cost of repair versus replacement. We went with them to do the replacement and they did excellent work. I chose them from Google reviews initially and I wanted to recommend them, especially our technician Taylor for being helpful, timely and professional, and doing a great job! I will definitely use them again!

I had a humidifier installed on my furnace. Scott helped me with all the details and didn’t pressure me in any way. Joe did a great job on the installation and talked me through operation. He always cleans up after his work. I’m very satisfied.

Really great plumbers

Air conditioning went out. Don answered my call and came and fixed the problem very quickly. Bad fan motor was replaced (he had one on his truck!) quickly and we had cool air in no time. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would use them any time for heating and air and plumbing. They replaced my water heater 2 years ago - did an excellent job then, too.

In the future Lowery’s will be my #1 call. They listened to what I said was wrong and actually addressed it directly and didn’t cut a corner, like the company I had called last Thursday. I liked that they knew what they were doing and didn’t hem and haw around, they just took care of it. The total charge was also shockingly less than I had expected, which is a very big plus. My family and I thank you so much for your time and attention on a Sunday evening.
