Our air conditioner went out and they were so prompt at getting a technician here within 2 hours of our calling them. We had to get a new unit and they kept us informed about shipping and when it got here they installed it the next morning. We have used Duncan for 30 years and they are a great group of folks.

AC quit working on a 100+ degree day, called and set up an appt. Technician (Ron) arrived before the scheduled time to arrive. 30 minutes later the problem was solved. Can't say enough good things about this great company. My husband and I were so weighed down by the stress of our sewer line. Our insurance had initially denied paying any cost of repairs. Thanks to Ashley, office manager, they were able connect with the insurance company and got them to pay half of the cost. It helped us tremendously. Ashley was also able to get us financing and it was off the charts!! WesTex Plumbing was extremely professional, courteous and a great team overall. They were able to get us going in about 2 days. M. R. Plumber is a very responsive and high quality plumbing company. My husband called them yesterday to schedule an appointment to inspect a plumbing project in our master bathroom, and they scheduled an appointment for the next day, and was able to perform our plumbing pipe repair requested during the appointment. Raul and his assistant not only accessed things quickly and went right to work but left the area very tidy and gave us a very fair price for the supplies and labor. I will definitely use Mario and Raul again in the future.

We have had someone out to unstop a toilet and he did a great job! He was able to get to us in a timely manner, was polite, helpful, explained problem and took care of it right away.
During some remodeling, we were told we needed to have the old water softener pipes cut and tied off, when I called, Rosie was able to get us help right away. The service guys were excellent, did a great job and had everything taken care of in a short time.
We have been VERY PLEASED with Jay Young Plumbing and would definitely recommend their services!

Had a busted water line 3 months ago. Called and spoke with a guy named John. He was extremely disrespectful and arrogant, like he was better than me. The men who showed up were nice so I didnt question their intelligence. The bill was disgustingly expensive, but at least I could end business with this company... or so I thought...

Now I have a foundation issue and the same water leak but worse. Called another plumbing company and got it fixed right. Except now we have to hire framers, carpenters and a hand full of other contractors. With all this money were haven't to spend because of DR Plumber.. I think will be pursing for legal action.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this fly by night circus.
