These guys are awesome. Heat wave hit and A/C went down on two properties. Next morning 8am they were there and working. 1st unit was an easy fix- bad capacitor, they had them in the truck, and 15min later it was uomand running. They cleaned the condenser out and checked charge, all good. 2nd unit was a total loss and needed an entire replacement - they were back the next morning with a new unit- had it installed and running in a few hours. Absolutely the best HVAC guys in Lubbock, bring your business to these guys.

Had a busted water line 3 months ago. Called and spoke with a guy named John. He was extremely disrespectful and arrogant, like he was better than me. The men who showed up were nice so I didnt question their intelligence. The bill was disgustingly expensive, but at least I could end business with this company... or so I thought...

Now I have a foundation issue and the same water leak but worse. Called another plumbing company and got it fixed right. Except now we have to hire framers, carpenters and a hand full of other contractors. With all this money were haven't to spend because of DR Plumber.. I think will be pursing for legal action.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this fly by night circus.

JD’s had serviced our home air conditioner for the past 2 years. Bubby is who comes to help us and he is always quick and efficient. Their work and staff is dependable and trustworthy. Called Mr. Rooter to have a clog in my kitchen sink fixed. They said that they would be out between 3 and 5pm. This was on a Friday. We received a call Friday at 5:15pm from the technician saying that he could not make it out that day, but could be out first thing in the morning. The next morning he showed up at 9:15am and as soon as he walked in the door he let out a sigh and told my wife that it would be $124. She said fine. He went to the kitchen sink and placed the stopper in and filled one side with water. Then ran the disposal. I came over and introduced myself to him and he said this is going to be a minimum of $124. I said that would be fine. I then told him that since this is an older house that most of the time they have to snake out the plumbing port on the roof. He again quoted the minimum price and said that there is only a 50/50 chance that he could clear the pipe and stated that we would have to pay regardless. I agreed. After thinking about the fact that he had just admitted that he may not even be able to fix it I walked outside as he was about to remove his ladder and told him that if you can not fix it then I will just call someone who can. He said okay and put his ladder back on his truck and I told him to have a nice day and walked back inside. I called Mr. Rooter and asked for a manager, the guy that they sent me to which ( will not use his name in this) was very respectful and I told him that the technician had called us the day before to reschedule and explained what happened when he came out. He seemed upset that the technician had rescheduled and didn't get to us the day before and told me that he would call me back. I never heard back from him.
