Best Camera Inspection in Lubbock TX

This review is several years late but I had such a great experience, it was always in the back of my mind that I needed to write it. Our house is 50 years old and we were having some slow draining plumbing issues. We called three companies. Two of which recommended expensive solutions that never made sense to us. ProFlow came out and the owner told us instead of going these expensive routes, just simply replace the toilet first with a higher flow model. He never even quoted doing it themselves. After replacing one toilet, we have had ZERO issues for the last 4 years! Since then, I've used them for minor things and recommended them to others. They didn't try to oversell me like the other companies in town. I would trust anything they tell me at this point and you should too.

I have been a week without hot water. They work a little bit more and then leave. I still have a water leak. My water and electric bill will be as much as he's charging. I would not recommend them for anything. I refuse to pay what he's charging.

Great experience! Called one morning needing help with the commode in our office. They were able to get to us before the end of the day and get the problem fixed. They always get to us quickly and their employees are very courteous. We certainly appreciate them!
Back in January they sent Brian out on a cold day when the roads were not the best, because our heater was not working during the worst winter storm we have seen in decades. He arrived about 4:30 and didn't leave until 6:15. When he arrived, he put on shoe covers, so he would not track slush into our house. He repaired the unit, and then took the time to show us what was wrong and explained everything to us. When he was finished, he vacuumed the area where some debris had fallen onto the floor from accessing the attic through the restroom in our pool house. I certainly appreciated his professionalism and expertise and willingness to work late. I highly recommend Joe Rushing for your plumbing and Heating/AC needs. We had a two bathroom remodel to do and a short time to get it completed. We called Kim in the office and Gary responded on site the same day with a very reasonable quote and had a plumber from HEAVEN, Jesus Sanchez on site the next day. Jesus was one of the best service providers I have ever been around. He installed two shower services from the ground up, demoed a 300 lb iron tub, cut off a 75 year old iron pipe and re-plumbed with PVC the new bathtub water service and drain. He also changed out the water service valves and a toilet. He came back two days later when we were ready after five o'clock on Friday afternoon and hooked up the remaining sink faucets. He was professional and pleasant even after crawling under the pier and beam floor to check out the 75 year old piping. Without him, our project would have taken days longer.

Showed up fast, found the leak, and got me a great price on the repair. The repair was perfect like it never happened. Best guy to call in a plumbing emergency thanks Brian Y.

You know, plumbers don't get enough respect. They are like doctors....when you need one...you usually need one...RIGHT NOW. Ricky Eade does his very best to get to you as soon as possible..I highy recommend making this your FIRST call in the plumbing business.
