Called jds to take a look at my ac. I have used them for 15 years. Had a guy come look and tell me the filter that I was using was to thick and was a pound low on coolant ok so he changed it and pot more coolant in. This didnt fix the problem at all called them back out the next day to find out the coils were dirty and they want to charge me 1200 on top of the 300 I already spent for them to fix the problem. Called around and everyone else charges from 6 to 750 on the same problem and they never even tried to make it right with the money I already paid them to fix the problem. CALL AROUND GET QUOTES FONT USE JDS THEY WILL SCREW YOU IF THEY GET THE CHANCE.

I had a plumbing issue and thought I would try this company. I told the tech exactly what he needed to do because I have had to get it done many times before. It was literally 15 minutes of work, max. I told the tech that I would meet him at the house in a few and he could get started. When I got to the house he was doing the work another way. We tested the line and it didn’t work. He then tried doing it his way again for a long time and it didnt work. He again was trying it from another place and I told him to stop and do it my way. 5 minutes and the line was clear. I got the bill for $395 and of course had to pay right then. All the other companies that I have used in the past was a 1 hour of labor charged for 15-20 minutes of work and that was perfectly fine with me. I had to pay for 3 hours because he was working for 3 hours doing things his way that didnt work. I want to use this company to do more work that I have planned but I think I need to move on and get a company that does not over charge me. It might be my fault by being passive, I should have just told him do it my way or leave.

Can't say enough good things about this great company. My husband and I were so weighed down by the stress of our sewer line. Our insurance had initially denied paying any cost of repairs. Thanks to Ashley, office manager, they were able connect with the insurance company and got them to pay half of the cost. It helped us tremendously. M. R. Plumber is a very responsive and high quality plumbing company. My husband called them yesterday to schedule an appointment to inspect a plumbing project in our master bathroom, and they scheduled an appointment for the next day, and was able to perform our plumbing pipe repair requested during the appointment. Raul and his assistant not only accessed things quickly and went right to work but left the area very tidy and gave us a very fair price for the supplies and labor. I will definitely use Mario and Raul again in the future.

Our water heater was leaking. John came out on Saturday and looked at it and said we needed a new one and luckily it was still under warranty. The following Monday morning he replaced it with new pan and connections. Excellent job and excellent service. Thank You.
