Mr. Schooler with Raider Plumbing treated our master bathroom remodel plumbing needs like we were his priority customer and performed the work exactly as we discussed in our initial consultation. Very responsive to text and phone calls.

I hired Jay Young Plumbing to connect my new fridge to an existing water line. When the service technicians arrived they said it was such an easy job and were embarrassed to charge the flat service fee of $95. It took them less than 10 minutes to connect the water line to the fridge. I paid cash and kept my receipt that reflected checked for leaks. The next day the bedroom behind my kitchen wall was FLOODED with water from the leaking water line connection. I immediately called Jay Young Plumbing. The same service technician arrived and apologized for the leak and the damage it had caused. I cleaned up the mess while the technician worked on correcting their mistake. I had a flight to catch so the technician stopped the leak and instructed me to call upon my return to fix the problem. After returning, I contacted Jay Young Plumbing and they sent out a different technician who ended up running the line from my water heater via the attic to the fridge (something I was unaware that was possible). Upon his completion he handed me second invoice for $375. I informed the technician of the situation so he directly called Jay Young (owner) on speaker phone. Jay Young was extremely rude to the technician (his employee) and hung up on him. The technician asked me to sign the invoice agreeing to pay the additional $375 ( I did not). Instead I called the office directly and asked to speak to Jay Young. I attempted to give him the details of my situation, in a rude and aggressive tone Jay Young said he didn't care and hung up on me. I called the office a second time and spoke with Jay Young's wife. She informed me that her husband was having a bad day and apologized for his behavior. I later received a past due invoice in the mail. I attempted to reach out again with no solution as it was my fault that my house was old. A year later I became aware of the fact that Jay Young placed a mechanics lien on my home for $375. The title company said they had never seen a lien for such a small amount. Long story short....DO NOT contract Jay Young. Not only did they not complete such an easy job correctly, they are downright rude and unprofessional.

I called Sinclair on a Monday morning because of a suspected leak. They sent Zach the next morning. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Explained everything to me the entire time. He solved my problem in a timely manner. I was also pleased with the pricing. I am so glad I called them. The office girls were so nice as well. I will use them from now on with any plumbing concern.

WE ARE OF OLDER AGE! OVER THE YEARS WE HAVE BEEN TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY COMPANIES, ( EXTRA CHARGES, INSTEAD OF BEING CHARGED FOR ONE WORKERS, THREE WORKERS COME TO HELP, SO CHARGED FOR 3 WORKERS. TOLD WE NEED ALOT OF WORK, THAT WAS NOT NEEDED, TOLD WE CAN MAKE PAYMENTS FOR A FEW YEARS!! ALOT OF IT BECAUSE WE ARE OLDER. SO WE ARE NOT VERY TRUSTING AT ARE AGE. ARE TEMP IN THE HOUSE WAS 86 TO 88 DEGREES, WITH THE CENTRAL AIR ON. WE CALLED ARMSTRONG.. THE YOUNG LADY SAMARIA TOOK ARE CALL. SO KIND AND EXPLAINED EVER STEP, SAID THE ONE WORKER WOULD BE THERE WITHIN IN 30 MINUTES, TIM ARRIVED IN 27 MINUTES. HE LISTONED TO US, CHECK EVERYTHING OUT, AND THEN TOLD US WHAT ARE OPTIONS WERE AND SHOWED US PRICES, BEFORE HE STARTED ANYTHING. VERY HONEST KIND YOUNG MAN. EVERYTHING WAS COMPLETED AND DOUBLE CHECK BEFORE TIM LEFT. WE WILL SURELY USE ARMSTRONG IN THE FUTURE FOR ALL ARE NEEDS. AND THANK-YOU DAVID... YOU ALSO CAN AND CHECKED ON US. Great service on the plumbing in my remodel.

Scott did a great job repairing my faucet in master bathroom. The faucet in my sons bathroom had to be replaced. He went and got a new one and was back quickly to install it. Cleaned up the mess and was super nice! Will definitely use them again!

Cody was a pleasure to work with. He was very competent and did exactly what he said he would do.

Excellent service and very reasonable. Rudy went above and beyond to get my gas leak issues repaired and brought everything up to code. Nice, helpful, and thorough with his work and explaining everything that needed to be done and what he was doing. I highly recommend 1213 Plumbing and if I ever need plumbing work done I will definitely be calling 1213.

So grateful to James and the Leak -Tek Staff. Friendly, prompt, & knowledgeable. James explained the entire collapsed sewer process from start to finish, so we knew what to expect. Everything turned out great and works like a charm!! Leak-Tek - you did good!!!

Had a busted water line 3 months ago. Called and spoke with a guy named John. He was extremely disrespectful and arrogant, like he was better than me. The men who showed up were nice so I didnt question their intelligence. The bill was disgustingly expensive, but at least I could end business with this company... or so I thought...

Now I have a foundation issue and the same water leak but worse. Called another plumbing company and got it fixed right. Except now we have to hire framers, carpenters and a hand full of other contractors. With all this money were haven't to spend because of DR Plumber.. I think will be pursing for legal action.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this fly by night circus.

They did not even fix the problem, in fact, made it worse!!! Damaged the exterior of my shower facet. Very poor service from Don. I had to get a different plumber to fix what they didn’t!! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Also, received a quote for an exterior hose bib for $150.00, that’s outrageously overpriced. I replaced myself for $12.

AJ came out in a pinch and got us a quote to replace the heating and air in the house. HE was so friendly and knowledgeable. His team came out the next week and got everything installed so fast and efficiently. The system has been amazing and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC people!!!

Super impressed with these guys. I wish I would’ve gotten their names. They found the issue, were communicative about said issues, and stayed within the declared time frame all while doing a hell of a job. More impressive than that was how well mannered and polite they were. It’s not easy having work done and strange people in your house. It was nice to feel like I had trusted people doing the work. After a pretty good sized job and lots and lots of dirt with concrete work included… they then spent a lot of time cleaning up after themselves, which I was super impressed with. 10/10 in my book. Only complaint came from my husband who used to own a flooring business. Your concrete pouring to prep for tile could use some work 😂 Overall… very satisfied.

Spartan takes care of the plumbing and air conditioner for my investment property. I love that they send text updates related to your appointment so you know when to expect your technician. Bonus points for doing a great job every time they are called!
