Very professional and friend staff. They were extremly busy and performed their service call on day 2 from my initial call. I was not in an emergency situation and surprised with their quick response. They explain the process and gave me an estimate of repairs during their service call.

Spoke with Cody about our hard water issues with our water well. We did not want to go through the hassle of a complete water softener system with salts. Cody did some research, and was able to provide us with an eco and maintenance free solution for our water well. He kept us informed about a parts delay and came out and got us fixed up. These people settled for $1,200 and when we gave them the credit card info they charged $1,701.25. This is fraud. They are crooks. Do not use their services. Over priced for one and inflate your bill. Criminals!!!

He did a horrible job, they worked on my house for 4 days and still didn’t fix anything. I have 4 children here, I recommend everyone to go to REAL PROFESSIONALS these people are just looking for a quick buck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
