We have Earl's home warranty for an older home we bought and discovered a water leak. They came out to fix the leak and another leak popped up. During this time they suggested re-plumbing the house with PEX. After trying to search for the leaks I asked them to quote the new plumbing. We had the plumb the entire house and they were done with the city inspector signing off in 3 days. Made life easy for me. The plumbers were very professional and kind. Recommend them to anyone.

He showed up when he said he would, was incredibly professional and accommodating to my endless questions. He took his time, never seemed rushed or in a hurry to get out of there. Was not happy with these folks at all! I only used them because they took over for home town plumber and NEVER again! Yes! Let's be honest.... you were NOT at my house for and. Hour and half for one and you told me on Saturday that it would be 145 unless I waited until Monday and then it would be 95 an hour! Your guys were not there a whole hour! Then when questioned about it we were told we have to pay your employees insurance and your tools! Today is the very First bill I have received! Not to mention it was through a text message!

After spending over $5000 the owner refused to discuss a customer service issue. There are lots of good plumbers .....skip this one.
