Josh M. did a great job installing our water heater. He was neat and left the area spotless. It was a difficult job, due to the size of the mechanical closet, but he was able to get it in by himself. He even re-plumbed the drain lines to a better configuration. A+ job!

Worst experience with a company ever I've gotten better service at McDonald's.

Jesse and his apprentice were very professional and quick. They were able to help us the same day as our water heater emergency. They rerouted some shody workman ship of the previous tenant, and we had hot water in no time.

I call this guys at 3am. I had a bad leak that was going to cost me tons of money because of my wood floor and part of my fancy wall. They told me about over time rate. I agree They save me miney because of the damages that leak was going to cause and they also save my house from being flooded. Thank you phill kerrs.

Action Air Lubbock has been fantastic to work with! They diagnosed and repaired our whole house tankless water heater, installed a sink and water heater in our barn, replaced an outside water bib valve, and installed a whole house soft water system for my son’s home. They suggested placing the water softener in the garage next to the HVAC system and water heater rather than just burying it in the backyard as the previous owners had done (it didn’t last long outside). Mario does exceptional work and is my preferred technician! I currently have a problem with our back-flow preventer valve system and they are my first choice for repairs.

Josh and his crew were amazing they went above and beyond! Highly recommend ! If i could give 10 stars I would!!

We had a valuable experience with Tony! Our hot water heater quit working! Tony came over immediately! We had hot water within a day! Another advantage we experienced with PPP was he helped us out with a payment plan! Not only was Tony great with hot water heaters, he has a compassionate heart! I would definitely recommend PPP! The sewer started backing up into our showers on a Sunday evening. I called Lowery because they advertise no extra charge for evenings/weekends. The lady that answered the phone was nice but I never did get a technician to call or come help our problem. I called back 3 times over 2+ hours and talked to the same lady each time. She assured me the technician had received my information but she couldn’t tell me if he would actually respond. Lowery can offer the “no extra charge for weekends” because they don’t actually show up to do the work on a weekend. I will never call them again.

Spent almost $700 and the tub faucet still leaks. The man who came today was belittling ....do you have a plumbing license? Will never use this company again.

Now, the bathroom faucet handle came off. They did not even put the faucet handle on correctly. The drain stopper assembly was also not installed properly - It appears to be forced in and I can not take it out for cleaning (Yes, I took off the retaining nut). I would give a negative if I could. Still, very angry about the poor quality of workmanship and how rude the men were.

Worst plumbers! Never fixed anything!
