Can’t say enough about the fantastic service from Johnson Pumping. I have an issue with my septic filling up. Called them for an emergency service 4 different times and they got to me immediately. 3 different guys came out and all 3 are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Very professional and friend staff. They were extremly busy and performed their service call on day 2 from my initial call. I was not in an emergency situation and surprised with their quick response. They explain the process and gave me an estimate of repairs during their service call.

This is one of Lubbock’s best plumbing companies. The service technicians who arrived to address the water heater problem were prompt, very professional, courteous and friendly. They were also very skilled and knowledgeable and had the problem repaired in a very short period of time. This company is highly recommended by this satisfied customer.

Unfortunately, had a water heater fail on the weekend. Called multiple plumbers to see if anyone could come out on the weekend. A couple said they'd look into it and call back. The only one that actually did was Rudy. Not only did he call back but he was out there a very short time later and had a new water heater installed within a couple of hours.

Rudy was great and I would recommend his services to anyone looking for a plumber.
