UPDATE ON BOTTOM! If you read my wife's review their response is a COMPLETE lie! We noticed the gas leak on Saturday 1/13/2018 and did not know where it was coming from, so we called LG&E to send someone out. Tell me... Why would we call YOU guys if we didn't know where the leak was coming from.?!?! We had trust that the work was done correctly in the first place! Anyway, when an emergency crew came out they noticed the gas line to the control valve was leaking. They tried tightening it to see if it was loose and when they tested again it was still leaking. The LG&E representative said, It could be a simple fix of just taping it (Plumbers tape). I'll tape it and if it works you're good to go but, if not then I will have to shut off your gas and they will have to come out and fix it. He did that because my wife is 7 months pregnant and we have 2 children in the house. He did not want us to be without gas (Heat). When he took off the gas line he said... Hmm he didn't putty it or anything.... THERE'S YOUR PROBLEM! He taped it and it was no longer leaking! The following day (Sunday 1/14/2018) after my wife took a shower, I noticed the smell of gas again. Knowing what caused the leak before I took some soapy water and sprayed the lines.. Yet AGAIN another gas line from the control valve to the inside of the water heater was leaking! The reason why the LG&E guy did not notice it is because the gas will not run through that line until the water heater is on. Obviously he worked on it with the gas off. So after my wife took a shower it heated up and gas was flowing through it. Hence why I smelled it again after her shower. My wife called our Home owner insurance company the next day (Monday 1/15/2018) which then the owner of Parker Plumbing called her and basically called her a lair and said it shouldn't need tape and it just going to fail again. His guys did everything right. So the fact that you said you tried calling multiple time and she didn't answer is just yet another lie from you. You do realize this day and age we have call logs right?

UPDATE: Despite the fact of again saying we are not in touch.... I spoke with the owner and he sent out the original guy that came and installed the control valve. He looked everything over and said if there is no leak then everything should be okay. He also saw there are two different color tapes (Blue LG&E used) and white (what I used on the second part). He was VERY apologetic and VERY polite. He didn't say we were lying or that we were in the wrong. The ONLY reason I am changing my rating is because of him. I believe his name was Hank. My advice to Mr. Parker is, if you are truly worried about your company and employees, then you should treat your customers with respect when there is a gas leak in their house and they have 2 children and a baby on the way. Also, do not threaten me with LG&E. I work closely with them and also did not bash them at all. I'm actually quite happy with them for doing what they did when they really didn't need too. Thank you Hank for coming out and being understanding.

This is hands down the best company I've ever dealt with for any sort of home owner's issue: repairs, electric, plumbing, etc. These guys went way above and beyond to help fix a plumbing issue we had shortly after moving into a new home. It was a clog at a pipe intersection that was causing overflow and leakage. It also left us without a washing machine, so we were eager to get it fixed. It took a couple trips out because we were working through an insurance company who had to approve the work, but Davis and Davis were able to get all the necessary work approved and the problem is now fixed. Scheduling was a breeze. But most importantly there was a level of genuine care that I feel you just don't find often these days. We worked with both Brad and OB on different occasions and they were simply two of the nicest people I've ever met. They felt for us and the issue we were having, and they did everything they could to get the work approved for repair and get it fixed as fast as possible. They were unfazed by all the children and animals getting in their way, and even stopped occasionally to interact. They were just some very wholesome people that did some very quality above and beyond work. It doesn't get better than that. Give these guys a try for your plumbing needs! I know I'll continue to in the future.

Overpriced. I don't recommend them. I will never use them again. $427 to dig a hole.

I have used them 3 times now...the 1st job resulted in a leak that the owner came out and fixed at no charge. the 2nd job a new shower set replacement, started leaking and got worse. when i called i was told the tech would be out to fix it. I was not told that it would cost 145....he said my new delta cartidge either was defective or there was debris from my water preventing the cartridge from seating properly. there was debris...he removed it and put everything back together. not 20 minutes after he left it started leaking again. I took it apart myself and used a qtip to clean the area and found more debris that he did not clean up. I put it back together. NO LEAK!!!

Moser plumbing does outstanding work. He is fair, honest, and takes enormous pride in the work he does. I could not be happier with the job he did for me.

FIVE STARS! We need more people like Giles S., the Tom Drexler Plumbing & Air Service Technician, who responded to my telephone call for help when my elderly sister's heat failied during Christmas week in sub-zero temperatures. Giles is a very technically competent professional who was thorough and very timely and effective in not just fixing but also analyzing the A/C Heating system and recommending a straight-forward and cost effective upgrade to eliminate reoccurence of the same issue. My kudos to Tom Drexler and his team (Sarah - who took the call; Mike who coordinated the repair visit and Giles who made the visit). Great communicators and professionals - They answered the call when I needed them, assured me of a timely response and did what they said.

These guys have been very helpful for the last year helping our facility with service needs and educating our staff on preventive measures. They have been fast and very affordable everytime and would recommend this outfit to any business or home owner.

I had them come out to turn on my gas for the dryer and checkout my old oven which was smelling like gas when turned on. Tanner was very personable and courteous, and got the job done fast and with a smile. Definitely recommend. :)
