Best Water Pressure in Louisville KY

I was hearing what sounded like running water under my house. Went under the house to see what’s going on, I had a leak coming from a copper pipe I could not reach or get too. Called a few plumbers and they had a wait for days. It was a Friday afternoon and Griffin came Monday afternoon. Kevin the plumber was professional and fixed my leak within 3 hours.

Cost was reasonable, great service and they’re local which is another plus.

Eric, Sera, Tanner, and Tyler were great in dealing with our unique situation we had with our kitchen sink and faucet. They were all very understanding on what we wanted done and were able to get it done! Locally and family owned which shows! Having a house built in 1925 has it qwerks but they were able to problem solve and install our new sink/faucet. Would recommend!

If I could give Blackburn & Davis a 0 star rating I would... let me start off by saying, that I'd never been straight-up *kicked out* of an office until today. The condo association of my building unfortunately depends on Blackburn, and I had recently called them about our drip pan in our a/c unit overflowing - supposedly, the problem was coming from the lines to our building's chiller, which Blackburn denied. They looked under a couple'a ceiling tiles, took a few pictures, and left without actually doing or even touching anything.

A day ago, I received a xerox copy of the bill from the condo association, marked that the bill was 'Past Due' (this was the only communication from them I had even received), and the bill total came out to $114 - $94 being a Labor charge... for labor that was actually not even done.

Needless to say, I was livid over a bogus charge for a guy to come in and take pictures and leave, so I attempted TODAY to go to Blackburn & Davis' office on Frankfort Ave to negotiate the matter. The older gentleman there, wouldn't even hear me out - nor even let me speak - as he kept interrupting me, then abruptly, he opened the office door leading out onto the street, and told me to get my a** out of his office; he also said, Don't you EVER call us again!, then called me a son of a b**ch as a I walked out.

Such an unprofessional attitude, an unwillingness to hear customers out, and a VERY shady practice... DON'T deal with Blackburn & Davis ever! They'll scam you by cutting corners (or,, by not actually even doing any work), then they'll charge outlandish fees for their sucky service. Good Riddance, B&D.

This plumber was hired as a sub by the company that installed granite countertops in our kitchen to install / reconnect a garbage disposal, faucet and dishwasher.
The gentleman who came out was courteous, wore a mask and performed the work quickly with no mess.
The only complaint I have is that he installed the disposal sink ring such that the wording is upside down.

The best plumbing service I've used in Louisville. They detected the problems and had everything fixed within the hour. I couldn't have wished and gotten better! Definitely recommend!

Yay I got hot water!!
I never realized how important hot water was until My hot water heater went out over the weekend. My landlord called this company they came out first thing this morning and looked at it. The guys said I needed a new water heater so they replaced the old one quickly. The two guys that came out were very kind, friendly, polite, and most important they were very quick and professional.Thank you two so much for cleaning the two year old water out of the bottom piece. I would definitely recommend to all my family/friends and anyone else need services. Thank you Schwrdein Mechanical!

My wife and I are just completing a 2 year renovation on our Louisville home. During that period of time we have dealt with dozens of contractors and I recently realized that while I was quick to post negative reviews for the contractors we had problems with, I wasn't quite as diligent in recognizing those that met or exceeded our expectations. We had a bathroom added to our basement by Tom Sondergeld Plumbing. Their estimate was fair, they showed up when they said they would, and they did quality work. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs
