Poor customer service. Son Nate is not even a licensed plumber. and he messed up the installation of my water heater and caused more flooding.

Hire them to unclog washing machine drain. They replaced drain box and connected it to drain. This did not fix the problem and they charged my mom $500. I had to undo the new drain box from the drain pipe and use a drain blaster connected to my garden hose to clean the drain. I fixed the problem myself and still out $500. Turns out we did not need a new drain box at all. I emailed a complaint and it was completely ignored. Not going to use them again.

Excellent response time. Analysis was tree roots in septic line between house and road. Cleaned entire line which corrected the problem. Highly recommend for your plumbing needs.

I have used them 3 times now...the 1st job resulted in a leak that the owner came out and fixed at no charge. the 2nd job a new shower set replacement, started leaking and got worse. when i called i was told the tech would be out to fix it. I was not told that it would cost 145....he said my new delta cartidge either was defective or there was debris from my water preventing the cartridge from seating properly. there was debris...he removed it and put everything back together. not 20 minutes after he left it started leaking again. I took it apart myself and used a qtip to clean the area and found more debris that he did not clean up. I put it back together. NO LEAK!!!

I was disappointed with their customer service. Our hot water heater went out and I was going to purchase a newone if it couldn't be repaired. Both times I called they said their computers were down and couldn't order the part. Next time I spoke with them,, she suggested that I find and go pick up the part. Called back again to let them know that we just wanted to go ahead and just replace it. (It had been 3 days now) They said she went to to lunch & she promised shewould call me at 1pm AS SOON as she returned. Never heard back from her.

I can’t say enough great things about this company! They did all the plumbing work for a new bathroom in our basement. They started the job in December, and had to wait on us to get some other construction work done before they could come back and finish. It took us three months to finish the other work, but they never asked for one penny before they came back and completed the job in March! I was shocked that they never contacted us regarding the $5,500 that we owed them! That’s a trusting company!! They showed up on time, they were professional, very polite, they cleaned up after themselves, and their price was extremely reasonable for all the work they did! I will never call anyone else for my plumbing needs, and I highly, HIGHLY recommend them!! Thanks H2O, for a job very well done!!!

Tom Drexler Plumbing replaced our sewer line into the house in January 2022 because our old clay line was cracked and had roots growing in it. Because of the roots, the sewage from the house would back up. TDP completed the project and I believe did good work with the sewer line because we have yet to have a problem and we have a lifetime warranty. However, our yard was left in complete disarray. In addition, they had damaged the MSD sewer clean-out and it was way below ground level and the top wasn't on it. I thought perhaps they were waiting for the soil to settle before they came back but after about 8 weeks I had to call and ask them to come back. They did come back, but didn't talk to us, just put some dirt around the sewer clean out, reseeded and put more straw on it. They also cut off, per our request when I called, the sewer clean out they installed because it was next to the porch and was left about 4 feet tall. The yard is still a severely uneven mess with exposed gravel. I got an estimate to repair the area and they said they would need to use heavy equipment, put top soil on the area and then seed and cover with straw to the tune of $1200. I called TDP back and they sent someone out who was great, but said they would they have to send out heavy equipment to fix the mess they made. He said that he would put a note on the order that the next person needs to talk to the homeowners before they left. Someone came back, we were home, but no one came to the door to talk to us or we would have pointed out that it was still messed up. The yard is STILL a disaster (as of March 8, 2023) and not only is it completely uneven (using my lawnmower over the area is a NIGHTMARE, but we also have areas that now hold water (tiny ponds if you will). I really do not obsess over my lawn and I didn’t expect it to be perfect, but this is ridiculous. I’m seriously considering getting a yard sign that says, “Crappy yard courtesy of Tom Drexler Plumbing.”
