Used on two different occasions both for copper pipe repair. I work for a property management company and always looking for the best value. One large company wanted to call in a leak detection company and they were going to charge 800.00 for that service alone. Mike completed the job for 800.00. Always on time with needed material and tools on his truck. Very professional. Will use again.

I was disappointed with their customer service. Our hot water heater went out and I was going to purchase a newone if it couldn't be repaired. Both times I called they said their computers were down and couldn't order the part. Next time I spoke with them,, she suggested that I find and go pick up the part. Called back again to let them know that we just wanted to go ahead and just replace it. (It had been 3 days now) They said she went to to lunch & she promised shewould call me at 1pm AS SOON as she returned. Never heard back from her.

Honest and affordable company. Called them a couple of years ago for a second opinion after initially calling a big-name plumbing service. They were straight with me and didn't try to oversell me on a service I didn't really need yet. Gave me some honest advice for a future major sewer line repair. I've now called them for several minor things since, and will not use any other company. Great service, and will be hiring them for the big job when the time comes.
