Previous plumber quit, so he recommended H20 Publishing LLC. I could not be more please. I called at 3:30pm on a Monday and was given a first thing Tuesday 9am appointment. They called a little before 9am to confirm and said they were on the way. 9:19 two very polite and hard working you men showed up to change out a commode and put in a new water line and shut off valve. At 10:01 they were done and out the door. They worked fast, clearly knowledgeable and came in $30 less than quoted. VERY please and HIGHLY recommend this firm. I will be using them again for my plumbing needs.

As a business owner myself, I hate to write a bad review. However, I’m hoping it can save someone else the hassle we are going through. We built a home and our builder used Griffin plumbing. Since then their customer service has been AWFUL, taking 3 weeks for them to return calls to repair work they did incorrectly. After finally getting in touch with Laura she denied the work was incorrect (even after seeing pictures of the flange being over and inch below the tile) and refused to send anyone out. I suppose a toilet is supposed to leak from the bottom every 6 months???
My advice...find someone else.

Called this company after doing research. Brandon called me back and set the appt for this week. He was precise, comedic and was very knowledgeable and personable. What was suppose to be just an estimate turned into them fixing the issue at no charge. He'd just so happen to have exactly what we needed in his truck for the issue to be fixed. They were done in less than thirty mins. He also told us a couple of tricks. We're having him back in a couple of weeks for a bathroom remodel. He will also be our number 1 for any all our plumbing needs. Definitely A1! Their service is precisely why we always choose local instead of mainstream. You don't get the same quality and experience. Do not use this company as they are scam artists!! They will take your money, misdiagnose, and not fix anything!! The owner is extremely rude and even appointment setter is rude!!! I highly recommend using a different and way better plumber in the Louisville area!

Excellent work all around. Friendly owner. Had major backup, called CLMS Plumbing. They arrived within an hour and showed us the problem using a pipe inspection camera. They replaced the sewer system without trenching. Thanks Again CLMS Plumbing.
