Butch came out and fixed a leaky pipe and our main in our crawl space. Great work, super fast and totally affordable! Other companies wanted over 2x as much as he charged us!! We will definitely use these guys again!

Our service Technician was prompt. He was polite knowledgeable and he had the part we needed to replace in his vehicle. In a time where you seem to struggle getting any service it was refreshing to have a friendly tech that got to our house immediately and our air unit repaired and working properly in less than 20 minutes

Eric worked on the bathroom in our basement renovation. Although we had high hopes initially, over time we have had issues with the quality of the work performed. Within a year we had a leak from the supply line to the shower which caused drywall damage. Eric came out to correct this but never returned to replace the shower arm with a matching piece or repair the drywall. We have tried to reach him multiple times and have not heard back from him in several months. Our drywall is still torn apart although he did repair the leak.

Can’t say enough about Mr Bryant! We just bought our home in August, so our first homeowners task was a leaky sink 3 months in to ownership. With thanksgiving around the corner we were a little panicked. Mr Bryant eased all that away. He was to our house the next day and fixed our issue quickly! Not to mention the amazing conversation and laughs we shared after our issue was resolved! For the amount of work he did we expected to pay a lot more than what he charged, so the fact that he doesn’t take advantage of paying customers is a plus in my book! We really lucked out by calling Bryant and sons because we will never patronize another Plummer from that day forward! These are good people...very hard to find nowadays! Thanks Mr Bryant!

Larry installed a new sump pump after confirming the very old one was no longer working. He also cleaned up some weird sump PVC hookups that were already here from the previous owner. I have owned the house for a 32 years and the new setup is much cleaner looking. He did an excellent job and cleaned up the site very well. We had Maeser in on the first day we moved into this house back in Feb, 1991 and now that we are selling Maeser was here again for probably the last time in this home. Thank you for all the years of great service!

The techs of New Circle are excellent; well versed in their professions. We have called them to repair different issues in our newly acquired home ranging from plumbing to electrical to the heating and AC, and have been very pleased by their punctuality and ability to address and repair our problems.

My experience with William Branch & Son Plumbing was not a good one. They came out to service a clogged bathroom sink. They did come out quickly and were courteous throughout the service (both of which I appreciate). They had a very difficult time locating and clearing the clog (took a couple of hours). This isn't bad but as they were packing up my 7-year old noticed the ceiling below the bathroom was dripping. This started a multi-hour ordeal of trying to locate what was damaged which ultimately left us with 2 large holes in the ceiling. Once the leak was addressed we were told we'd be sent a bill (no indication of how much). After a month of receiving no bill we called and were told they were still processing bills from this time period but confirmed we had no balance on the account. It wasn't until 2 months after the service that we received a bill for >$500. Caught off guard and still needing to spend a few hundred dollars to repair the holes in the ceiling, I called their office to get clarification/justification. The office manager was again very nice but referred me to a manager who was supposed to get back to me but never did. I don't see us using this company in the future.

Shane was extremely easy to contact and schedule for basic service. He arrived on time and was able to make all repairs with-in an hour. Excellent work.
