Both times I called they said their computers were down and couldn't order the part. Next time I spoke with them,, she suggested that I find and go pick up the part. Called back again to let them know that we just wanted to go ahead and just replace it. (It had been 3 days now) They said she went to to lunch & she promised shewould call me at 1pm AS SOON as she returned. Never heard back from her.
