Kentuckiana Plumbing gave me a great price on a gas line installation I needed. Everyone else was overpriced and anyone under his price didn't seem competent to me. He showed up when he said, was here about as long as he said and got the job done perfectly and most importantly, safely. I will use Kentuckiana plumbing in the future when I need a plumber.

UPDATE ON BOTTOM! If you read my wife's review their response is a COMPLETE lie! We noticed the gas leak on Saturday 1/13/2018 and did not know where it was coming from, so we called LG&E to send someone out. Tell me... Why would we call YOU guys if we didn't know where the leak was coming from.?!?! We had trust that the work was done correctly in the first place! Anyway, when an emergency crew came out they noticed the gas line to the control valve was leaking. They tried tightening it to see if it was loose and when they tested again it was still leaking. The LG&E representative said, It could be a simple fix of just taping it (Plumbers tape). I'll tape it and if it works you're good to go but, if not then I will have to shut off your gas and they will have to come out and fix it. He did that because my wife is 7 months pregnant and we have 2 children in the house. He did not want us to be without gas (Heat). When he took off the gas line he said... Hmm he didn't putty it or anything.... THERE'S YOUR PROBLEM! He taped it and it was no longer leaking! The following day (Sunday 1/14/2018) after my wife took a shower, I noticed the smell of gas again. Knowing what caused the leak before I took some soapy water and sprayed the lines.. Yet AGAIN another gas line from the control valve to the inside of the water heater was leaking! The reason why the LG&E guy did not notice it is because the gas will not run through that line until the water heater is on. Obviously he worked on it with the gas off. So after my wife took a shower it heated up and gas was flowing through it. Hence why I smelled it again after her shower. My wife called our Home owner insurance company the next day (Monday 1/15/2018) which then the owner of Parker Plumbing called her and basically called her a lair and said it shouldn't need tape and it just going to fail again. His guys did everything right. So the fact that you said you tried calling multiple time and she didn't answer is just yet another lie from you. You do realize this day and age we have call logs right?

UPDATE: Despite the fact of again saying we are not in touch.... I spoke with the owner and he sent out the original guy that came and installed the control valve. He looked everything over and said if there is no leak then everything should be okay. He also saw there are two different color tapes (Blue LG&E used) and white (what I used on the second part). He was VERY apologetic and VERY polite. He didn't say we were lying or that we were in the wrong. The ONLY reason I am changing my rating is because of him. I believe his name was Hank. My advice to Mr. Parker is, if you are truly worried about your company and employees, then you should treat your customers with respect when there is a gas leak in their house and they have 2 children and a baby on the way. Also, do not threaten me with LG&E. I work closely with them and also did not bash them at all. I'm actually quite happy with them for doing what they did when they really didn't need too. Thank you Hank for coming out and being understanding.

Matt, Harley, Thomas, and Dylan did a great job installing our new mini split system. Very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. They made sure I was totally satisfied before leaving. Communication and scheduling was great and even coordinated install on the same day we had Tom Drexler here for a major plumbing repair. Highly recommend!

I have used several different plumbers and nobody fixed my problem. I called Willman brothers, and they were very nice, and fixed my problem within and hour! I highly recommend their services!!!

They did an excellent job

I reached out to a few plumbers in the area. Mostly the bigger named companies. Things didn't work out with them. A friend on fb recommended Brandon (the owner). I contacted him. He was responsive to every message I sent. As soon as we spoke on the phone, I knew I liked his personality.

While talking to him, I explained that I am a single mom and like to learn how to fix things myself. It's not that I don't want to pay people to do things but I take pride in being able to fix things around the house. Brandon said he would be happy to use me as his assistant and teach me as he fixed it.

The day of service, he did exactly what he said. He put me in charge of running up and down the stairs to turn the water on and off (apparently this is what a plumber assistant does 😂). He honestly did a fantastic job of explaining everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He showed me a few work around hacks to make things easier if I have to do it in the future.

He had all of plumbing issues resolved in about an hour. I had a clogged kitchen sink/garbage/disposal/pipe/drain, a spigot that had frozen over the winter and I had questions about general maintenance.

He had a great personality, very reasonable prices and he obviously has been in this trade for a long time. I think it's also important to note that never once did I feel like he was talking down to me or treating me like he could upcharge me or whatever (girls, you know what I'm talking about).

I will absolutely call them with any future plumbing needs and recommend them to everyone.
