Kentuckiana Plumbing gave me a great price on a gas line installation I needed. Everyone else was overpriced and anyone under his price didn't seem competent to me. He showed up when he said, was here about as long as he said and got the job done perfectly and most importantly, safely. I will use Kentuckiana plumbing in the future when I need a plumber.

Danny was the best. On time and friendly. Went above and beyond. In addition to fixing leak, gave us options and left us with a better plumbing layout under our sink than we had before. We chose the higher priced option that replaced 2 valves with 3. Very happy with results. Price was reasonable.

I can't give a high enough rating for Vessels Plumbing. I have used them numerous times for plumbing and am aware they also offer HVAC and the sewer pipe lining service. The most recent experience I had was yesterday. I called in a panic indicating I had a water leak somewhere in the house and it was coming down into my basement. They were reassuring and fit me into their busy schedule. Once they came, they stayed until they could isolate the leak in the walls and fix it. They were prompt, courteous and friendly. They used troubleshooting to minimizing cutting drywall to find the leak and used dropcloth to minimize the dust from cutting the drywall. They cleaned up their mess such that you couldn't tell on the carpet that they had been there. They fixed the leak with a better pipe than we had to ensure we would not have problems in the future. They explained their warranty if we had any problems. They provided input to our questions on how to best handle the wet drywall and carpet, and were incredibly cost effective on price. I can vouch that they have high integrity from my numerous dealings with them. I highly recommend Vessels Plumbing.

The tech that came to our house was great and super helpful I’d rate him alone 5 stars BUT waited over 24 hours for someone to actually come. The schedulers kept telling us someone was coming and we’re next everytime we checked in with them. Then they called us at end of day to tell us “other emergencies came up” and tried to get us to pay $99 to be on call instead of putting us first in line for the following morning after being without a toilet for multiple days. They need better management!

We've had Willman Plumbing here to handle a variety of old house/remodel issues. Easy to schedule, pleasant to deal with and no issues once they leave. Will definitely hire again.

What a wonderful company. We had a major issue with tree roots in our sewer line, plumbing was not working. We called Tony's due a recommendation of another plumbing company that could not unclog our line. They were nice enough to fit us in the next morning and amazingly enough they were able to get our plumbing working as well as tell us the our problems may be an MSD issue, first time anyone had told us that. We called MSD and they were responsible. MSD replaced our sewer line, everything works great. I highly recommended Tony's. Honest.. Great.. Reasonable.. Friendly.

If I could give Blackburn & Davis a 0 star rating I would... let me start off by saying, that I'd never been straight-up *kicked out* of an office until today. The condo association of my building unfortunately depends on Blackburn, and I had recently called them about our drip pan in our a/c unit overflowing - supposedly, the problem was coming from the lines to our building's chiller, which Blackburn denied. They looked under a couple'a ceiling tiles, took a few pictures, and left without actually doing or even touching anything.

A day ago, I received a xerox copy of the bill from the condo association, marked that the bill was 'Past Due' (this was the only communication from them I had even received), and the bill total came out to $114 - $94 being a Labor charge... for labor that was actually not even done.

Needless to say, I was livid over a bogus charge for a guy to come in and take pictures and leave, so I attempted TODAY to go to Blackburn & Davis' office on Frankfort Ave to negotiate the matter. The older gentleman there, wouldn't even hear me out - nor even let me speak - as he kept interrupting me, then abruptly, he opened the office door leading out onto the street, and told me to get my a** out of his office; he also said, Don't you EVER call us again!, then called me a son of a b**ch as a I walked out.

Such an unprofessional attitude, an unwillingness to hear customers out, and a VERY shady practice... DON'T deal with Blackburn & Davis ever! They'll scam you by cutting corners (or,, by not actually even doing any work), then they'll charge outlandish fees for their sucky service. Good Riddance, B&D.
