It was a Friday and they rushed to my home to get it done so I wouldn't have to go a weekend with no hot water. The job was done and no mess was left. The following Thursday I realized the hot water heater was leaking. I called immediately and with-in a hour they were here. Richard looked the situation over and told me I had nothing to worry about the problem was totally their fault and I would have no additional expense. They would take care of everything and they did! The drywall was removed and replaced and painted! The flooring was also taken care of! I have been through nightmare's with another companies that I had to fight tooth and nail to get them to fix things that were their fault. I am beyond pleased with this company and highly recommend them. Jon is who oversaw all the work and he is one heck of a nice guy.

I was disappointed with their customer service. Our hot water heater went out and I was going to purchase a newone if it couldn't be repaired. Both times I called they said their computers were down and couldn't order the part. Next time I spoke with them,, she suggested that I find and go pick up the part. Called back again to let them know that we just wanted to go ahead and just replace it. (It had been 3 days now) They said she went to to lunch & she promised shewould call me at 1pm AS SOON as she returned. Never heard back from her.

John Kinder was the technician that came to our home. John was also the technician that made the initial visit to our home weeks ago. John was professional each time he performed the needed repairs. John kept me updated with the process so that I could understand what he was doing and why. I would highly recommend Tom Drexler based on the professionalism of their techs alone. The only issue I have with Tom Drexler is that if required they will put a nicely cut hole in your wall and you the customer are required to get it fixed at your own expense.
