I did not get any services done but called on an emergency and informed them my leasing company would take care of it the guy basically asked me how to do his job and was very rude with me and told me they only take cash payment up front. Never tried to come look at it or anything. Although I tried explaining that I didn't know how to take care of the problem , and that if I did I would have no reason to call a plumber he continued to be rude so I told him to have a nice day and hung up. The guy decides to call me back with the same terrible attitude about me hanging up.
Now as I do not know how good they actually are when working on things this review is just intended to explain the terrible customer relations they seem to have in my particular case

worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Our toilet was making a strange sound so we called Davis and Davis to come look at it. The service person was nice and helpful. It was until I had received my next water bill that we had a leak caused by the service tech. When I called to ask someone to come out and fix the problem they created, I was told I would have to pay another $150. Even though I had proof that our water bill doubled after the plumber left, there was no way for me to know there was a leak before he left. Call me crazy but I don't go around putting food coloring in my toilet all the time. The service tech said it was fixed so I mistakenly believed him. I will never use them again and I will never advise anyone to use this company.

I've been using Guelda and Sons Plumbing since 1976. They just repaired a leaky shower faucet arriving at my door first thing in the morning. They were at my door within an hour of receiving my emergency service call. They are dependable and being a family run business have a history behind them that's hard to beat. I've used Guelda and Sons in the residential and commercial building trades and and at home and would recommend them highly anytime..

The workmen were efficient, neat and professional however, the price was excessive. I am partly to blame as I did not get a price prior to them showing up for the job but $1400 is excessive by about $300 for the installation of a standard 55 gallon water heater. I had three other companies over to bid a floor drain problem and each one stated I'd been taken advantage of. DO NOT let them in without a firm price! If they will rip off an old widow lady they will take advantage of you for sure!!

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. Mike Moser was referred to me by a client to get a bottle filler station installed for my fitness facility. This was a big deal for my business and something I wanted to be able to offer at my facility. I was very clear about this from the start. Mike came out and did an estimate and provided me a quote a week later with two options. I chose the option I wanted and we scheduled a time to do the work. He never showed up to complete the work. He explained that he had a family emergency after I reached out to him. I was very understanding and we rescheduled for another time. He again, did not show up to do the work. No call, nothing. We scheduled a final time way far out and same scenario! I was shocked! So I have given up on him performing the work. I asked for a refund for the estimate three times and still have not received it. Yes, it was a small job but he should have never sent me a quote and should have communicated better with me from the start.

Reason Why running 50/50 truth is now

Friday night our basement sump pump and kitchen sink stopped cooperating. Husband bailed rising sink water all night. He called another local plumber who he knows through a business referral group. No call back. We called Griffin, call back in 15 minutes and a plumber was here within the hour. Did I mention I’m having 14 people for dinner tonight? And family tomorrow for Easter dinner? Exceptional service, reasonable pricing.

Austin was great! He came out on a Saturday to give me an estimate on replacing my mothers electric breaker panel. Explained everything well and was very polite and professional. Seemed a little expensive so we are getting a few more quotes, but it isn’t a cheap job especially on the weekend.
