worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Our toilet was making a strange sound so we called Davis and Davis to come look at it. The service person was nice and helpful. It was until I had received my next water bill that we had a leak caused by the service tech. When I called to ask someone to come out and fix the problem they created, I was told I would have to pay another $150. Even though I had proof that our water bill doubled after the plumber left, there was no way for me to know there was a leak before he left. Call me crazy but I don't go around putting food coloring in my toilet all the time. The service tech said it was fixed so I mistakenly believed him. I will never use them again and I will never advise anyone to use this company.

I can't give a high enough rating for Vessels Plumbing. I have used them numerous times for plumbing and am aware they also offer HVAC and the sewer pipe lining service. The most recent experience I had was yesterday. I called in a panic indicating I had a water leak somewhere in the house and it was coming down into my basement. They were reassuring and fit me into their busy schedule. Once they came, they stayed until they could isolate the leak in the walls and fix it. They were prompt, courteous and friendly. They used troubleshooting to minimizing cutting drywall to find the leak and used dropcloth to minimize the dust from cutting the drywall. They cleaned up their mess such that you couldn't tell on the carpet that they had been there. They fixed the leak with a better pipe than we had to ensure we would not have problems in the future. They explained their warranty if we had any problems. They provided input to our questions on how to best handle the wet drywall and carpet, and were incredibly cost effective on price. I can vouch that they have high integrity from my numerous dealings with them. I highly recommend Vessels Plumbing.

Sherman was absolutely phenomenal. He was on time, very thorough, took his time explaining everything to me in a professional way, and was excellent with his recommendations. He also sent us a very detailed outline with pictures and explanations to back his assessment and recommendations. One of few companies that doesn’t take advantage of a women, must be because it’s part women owned. Bought a flipped house with everything new wasn’t getting warm water at kitchen sink, the first year my old plumber said I needed a new faucet and hoses. I paid, the next year the same thing happens. Im thinking this will be the third faucet which didn’t seem right, Wilman cleaned calcium from the hot water heater out of a screen filter at the end of my water line and that’s all the problem is was. It was nice to know the true source of the problem and not get taken advantage of and talked in to running up a tab. Thank you Brooke and Wilman team for your help.
