This gentleman was courteous he had manners he was punctual he was quick he was efficient he was an all-around good human being. Very knowledgeable about the product didn't seem lost very much knew exactly what he was doing. He made the diagnosis and the repair and a timely manner. He was very personable he didn't just stay out there make the repair and then show me the bill no he showed me exactly what he was doing told me step by step what he was doing and why. Tested everything before and after he made sure that everything was in working order before he left this house.
