The service tech did some warranty work on my toilet that had a leak, they replaced a ring ,seems to be just like new .

Friday night our basement sump pump and kitchen sink stopped cooperating. Husband bailed rising sink water all night. He called another local plumber who he knows through a business referral group. No call back. We called Griffin, call back in 15 minutes and a plumber was here within the hour. Did I mention I’m having 14 people for dinner tonight? And family tomorrow for Easter dinner? Exceptional service, reasonable pricing.

Greatest bunch of plumbers I know. They respond right away and will come to your house on the same day. Always polite and I never feel like I have been taken advantage of for the job. Prices are fair. I have used them about four times, since moving into an older home and will continue to use them. Can’t say enough good about these guys. Blessed to have found them.

Very positive experience with Will. We needed a new water tank and he was able to replace it and put in a new sump pump as well. Will explained all the work he was going to complete, provided detailed pricing and kept us updated throughout the process. Greatly appreciated the extra time he took to make sure we knew our options and then when finished, that we understood how to work our new water heater.
