Best Fixture Upgrade in Louisville KY

Called at about 830am and they had a technician dispatched to our house before lunch. They came fixed 2 issues we had in less than an hour and charged us a very reasonable amount. Fast, fair and reliable. We will use them again and would recommend them.

We had a clogged kitchen drain that was quite frustrating and after so many DIY attempts it got better but it still wasn’t 100%. We heard about the $99 Clean your drain deal and thought we‘d give it a try. Customer service on the phone was very professional and courteous and so was the Technician Chase. He was bright and early, did his job in a professional manner and the drain is now unclogged. We have no complaints whatsoever! Great service!

We’ve used these guys since we moved into our home, and can’t say enough. James was knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. We ended up not having an actual issue with our heater but he still did a full audit to make sure our unit was working well.

Mike came and replaced a garbage disposal. He called ahead and arrived in the timeframe he said he would. He was courteous and quick to get to work. He explained the services and what to do if I had any trouble in the future. Definitely recommend them!

Called late yesterday afternoon after I botched my amateur plumbing job. He came out today and did an outstanding job. Explained everything and did not leave a mess. Even threw in a few extras. Definitely the plumber I will call in the future.
