Our 34 year old AC unit was having issues, Logan was able to get there the next morning to check everything out. I knew we’d likely have to replace with how old it was but Logan did his best to see if anything could be fixed before landing on it needing to be replaced. He sent a great quote to me and within a week from the first call the new unit was installed and has been running great.
The gentlemen who came to install, Adam and Josh, were excellent as well. They went above and beyond what they came there to do, they noticed our main plumbing cleanout was located slightly under our old unit and worked to shift the entire pad so that we had easier and complete access to our clean out. We installed a new thermostat ourselves and before they left they made sure everything was hooked up correctly and running smoothly. Marsha in billing was excellent to work with and so friendly. Everyone from the first call to request a service appointment through the end of install and payment were very friendly and never pushy. Logan even checked in later after the install was complete to make sure everything went well and the AC was doing its job.

The worst so called plumbing place. Called them out for a drain backing up and they attempted to get the drain unclogged paid them 500.00 to do this and the plumbing guy knew when he left here that the pipe was broke and never indicated that until we had to bring them back a week later when it was doing the same thing. At that point told me the pipe was broke and that's why he couldn't go no further last time in the line. Of course that voided my warranty and they gave me a estimate of 2750.00 to fix it. The 500 should have came off the price they quoted. Called for a 2nd opinion and 900.00 cheaper for a real plumber.

Mike was timely and reasonable with regard to fixing the loose pipe on the bathroom sink, much appreciated.

Zach was very knowledgeable and fixed the kitchen sink leak and replaced with a new insinkerator with I highly recommend Summers.

Brandon was very informative and did a great job! He was very clean and personable. He did the job the same day. I would highly recommend him!!
