As a business owner myself, I hate to write a bad review. However, I’m hoping it can save someone else the hassle we are going through. We built a home and our builder used Griffin plumbing. Since then their customer service has been AWFUL, taking 3 weeks for them to return calls to repair work they did incorrectly. After finally getting in touch with Laura she denied the work was incorrect (even after seeing pictures of the flange being over and inch below the tile) and refused to send anyone out. I suppose a toilet is supposed to leak from the bottom every 6 months???
My advice...find someone else.

They did an excellent job

Dave came out on a Friday night and provided excellent service to my boiler that was all orange flames. Bled radiators and cleaned burners . I appreciate his excellent sevice and gave my spring to do list.

Great work and great customer service!

I've remodeled many homes and worked with a host of plumbers, some good and some not-so. After a couple of bad experiences here , I happened to see a CLMS and stopped next to me at an intersection a couple years ago and called them for a simple job. Since then, CLMS Plumbing has taken care of two bath and one kitchen remodel. Calls are answered promptly, service is scheduled conveniently and the work is done efficiently and with total perfection. Prices are great and well worth it. Thank you CLMS Plumbing.

Anthony was on time, very personable, and helped us rather quickly change out an outdoor spigot, clean out an interior bathroom clogged sink drain, and a few other things! Great guy! Highly recommend !!

Main water leak. It has been a week with no progress. Communication with this company is very difficult. I used them before and when they do work they do a good job. This time i am having hard time getting them to fix what they fixed twice before. I am hoping this is get fixed soon. Damage is already done simply because United will not do a patch for the main water line. Will not consider them after this repair. This is last time i use them. They used to offer much better service before. Not sure what happened to this company.

Update, united came and fixed the problem. They did an excellent and professional job. I just wish the process was faster. My advise to anyone with water leaks, pleasr make sure to call your before you dig number and have them expedite the making outside your house before you call the plumber. After all it is free service and will be ready so when you call the plumber they can work immediately.

Amazing people! Squeezed us in the same day I called and still gave me a fair price. I will definitely be calling them again if I have plumbing issues and I highly recommend them.

Thomas Jones was the friendliest technician I have had come to my home. He and his assistant (Thomas) did an amazing job with what I requested of them. I wanted plumbing to a sink removed so I could demo an 80s style bar in my basement. They took the bar down for me as well, at a reasonable price. In just over an hour they were completely finished! Remember you pay for the knowledge and experience, not the time! I would request Thomas for my next plumbing need.

Chuck and his team was prompt and professional. I called them this morning and they were right out to fix Kent Foushee's hot water heater. We highly recommend them!

Just lazy !

After waiting through our appointment time, we called to figure out why the plumber assigned to us through our home warranty company had no-showed and whether we could arrange another time to have him/her come out. Tina, the receptionist, was immediately defensive and said that we had copped an attitude with her. Um, what? Alright, everyone has bad days. Tina said she'd reach out to the plumber and he'd get back to us. Later, a call comes through from Doug Durbin, the man himself. We let him know that our appointment time was missed and we'd like to arrange to have someone come out. He says, I heard you got into it with my wife. Don't test me! Don't **** with me, and don't **** with my wife! and hung up the phone. Is this real life? We made an appointment. The appointment was not kept. We called to arrange another time for the appointment and got cussed out and hung up on? After this incident, I began to read the reviews and see that we are not the only ones who were met with rudeness and a lack of professionalism. There seems to be a pattern with home warranty customers. Perhaps save yourself the time and headache and ask to work with another company. Durbin Plumbing is not professional enough to be worth your time. Next step is the Better Business Bureau.
