Turns out we did not need a new drain box at all. I emailed a complaint and it was completely ignored. Not going to use them again.

Eric worked on the bathroom in our basement renovation. Although we had high hopes initially, over time we have had issues with the quality of the work performed. Within a year we had a leak from the supply line to the shower which caused drywall damage. Eric came out to correct this but never returned to replace the shower arm with a matching piece or repair the drywall. We have tried to reach him multiple times and have not heard back from him in several months. Our drywall is still torn apart although he did repair the leak.

Sent another plumber back, completed the job . Every thing clean (spot less) fixed the problem . Extremely satisfied. Great job Griffin plumbing will be back if. I need a plumber again 😁

Honest and affordable company. Called them a couple of years ago for a second opinion after initially calling a big-name plumbing service. They were straight with me and didn't try to oversell me on a service I didn't really need yet. Gave me some honest advice for a future major sewer line repair. I've now called them for several minor things since, and will not use any other company. Great service, and will be hiring them for the big job when the time comes.

Had a difficult water heater replacement job where it was located behind some water and a/c lines. They offered me a good price for the install despite the added work and difficulty. However they did a poor job reconnecting the lines and left a large leak in the liquid line on the coil and all of it leaked out. Cost me a lot to repair the damage they did. Would not recommend for more difficult jobs.

These guys are phenomenal! They were here when they said they would be and took care of my drainage problem from my new washer! These guys are my permanent plumbing fixer uppers from now on!

My home warranty program uses this company. Wed Dec 19. Arrival was timely, I had raw sewage standing in my basement. Jimmy explained that I would have a quote Thur morning. I called Thur afternoon and was told the office was waiting on Jimmy. I knew that was not true as I had spoken with Christy on Wed afternoon while Jimmy was at my house. Well, Dec 31, I still have raw sewage standing and Do Not have a quote from them. They took my money and have done nothing else. I've contacted another plumbing company to get my situation resolved.
