Saturday night I had emergency gas crews at my house due to the gas leak caused directly from the plumber not installing a part (thermocouple) properly (did not use tape and tried to cover it with putty). And then on Sunday yet another gas leak from the second part (control valve) he had replaced and again, didn’t install properly (no tape again and didn’t even try to putty this one) I’m 8 months pregnant and my room is just feet away from the water heater that leaked for 3 days. Not only did we have to evacuate our home until the gas crew could evaluate but I now have the concern for the next 6 weeks of any damage caused to my unborn child. This plumber was very friendly and quick to diagnose and repair. If only he had done it properly and not been lazy, this would have been a very different review.

UPDATE: clearly this guy can not read. When did I say LGE was out here again? I didn’t. I said there was another leak. My husband stopped this one himself. I’ll upload the picture if you need it. I have no reason to make this up. But clearly you can see for yourself from this response the lack of respect they have for ANYONE. I did not take the time out of my life to makeup any of this. I reported exactly what was happened and EXACTLY what the gas crew told us and showed my husband. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The reviews here and on BBB speak for themselves!

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. Mike Moser was referred to me by a client to get a bottle filler station installed for my fitness facility. This was a big deal for my business and something I wanted to be able to offer at my facility. I was very clear about this from the start. Mike came out and did an estimate and provided me a quote a week later with two options. I chose the option I wanted and we scheduled a time to do the work. He never showed up to complete the work. He explained that he had a family emergency after I reached out to him. I was very understanding and we rescheduled for another time. He again, did not show up to do the work. No call, nothing. We scheduled a final time way far out and same scenario! I was shocked! So I have given up on him performing the work. I asked for a refund for the estimate three times and still have not received it. Yes, it was a small job but he should have never sent me a quote and should have communicated better with me from the start.

Sent another plumber back, completed the job . Every thing clean (spot less) fixed the problem . Extremely satisfied. Great job Griffin plumbing will be back if. I need a plumber again 😁

Previous plumber quit, so he recommended H20 Publishing LLC. I could not be more please. I called at 3:30pm on a Monday and was given a first thing Tuesday 9am appointment. They called a little before 9am to confirm and said they were on the way. 9:19 two very polite and hard working you men showed up to change out a commode and put in a new water line and shut off valve. At 10:01 they were done and out the door. They worked fast, clearly knowledgeable and came in $30 less than quoted. VERY please and HIGHLY recommend this firm. I will be using them again for my plumbing needs.

Great job! They replaced a water heater for me that was not in a very accessible place. They had to move washer and dryer. They were on time, friendly, and did a great job. I have no complaints, would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them.
