Vessels was like one of the family by the time they finished installing our new sewer line with the cured in place pipe (CIPP) which prevented us from having our yard dug up. The job had some surprises for them and us but they came back several days in a row to make sure it was completed. They were always friendly, courteous and timely. We even had a follow up call post job to ask how things went. This local, family run business takes pride in what they do and they do it well!

Mike came out quickly knowing we were about to go on vacation and needed our sink drain cleared quickly. He also told us about some other issues he could see with our pipes, but he wasn't pushy about upselling or anything. The price was as quoted on the phone. Ms Brook gave an estimate right up front. Explained they use Zoller septic grinders (#1 rated) because they are faultless & built in the USA- best quality. They drained and removed the old system and used extreme protective measures to protect any further damages. They Installed the new grinder, replaced the PVC connectors and sealed the catch pan. The job was complete - !00% - to my satisfaction by 1:00. Mike and Brooke (Owner and Office manager) patiently answered all of my nit-picking questions and was very polite. The crew was exceptional;, wore masks and shoe booties to keep the the area clean. I would recommend EJ.
