The AC tech, Jon, was early, very nice, and really knew his stuff. He repaired my AC quickly and gave me an estimate before doing the work. He saved me a lot of money. Another company said they would have to replace the whole unit, and he was able to repair it.

As a business owner myself, I hate to write a bad review. However, I’m hoping it can save someone else the hassle we are going through. We built a home and our builder used Griffin plumbing. Since then their customer service has been AWFUL, taking 3 weeks for them to return calls to repair work they did incorrectly. After finally getting in touch with Laura she denied the work was incorrect (even after seeing pictures of the flange being over and inch below the tile) and refused to send anyone out. I suppose a toilet is supposed to leak from the bottom every 6 months???
My advice...find someone else.

I never realized how important hot water was until My hot water heater went out over the weekend. My landlord called this company they came out first thing this morning and looked at it. The guys said I needed a new water heater so they replaced the old one quickly. The two guys that came out were very kind, friendly, polite, and most important they were very quick and professional.Thank you two so much for cleaning the two year old water out of the bottom piece. We called Blackburn Davis to help install a smart toilet, upon arrival the two men stated they had never installed a toilet like that and did not like fancy toilets, they spent over an hour on the telephone (mostly on hold) with the manufacturer. I was eventually handed the phone to explain the issue and was told parts were missing. Granted missing parts were not Blackburns' fault and ultimately the toilet was sent back and replaced and we installed it personally (all handled by ourselves, not them). However, we were charged $220.00 for a phone call (I did most of the explaining). I called owner/manager and was told the charge was the charge and it did not matter if they did anything; the meer fact they were dispatched was the reasoning. I offered half the service charge as a consult/estimate a very average charge for other services but was told it was unacceptable. We will NEVER use them again and will not recommend them either.
