We purchased a new dishwasher and washing machine at Lowe's 3/21. When delivery came, found valves corroded, could not turn off. Never used plumbing, here 15 yrs. Justin came and gave us info. We also asked re the dishwasher so 1 trip could cover all possibilities. Justin said the washer valves were not leaking and in order to update would require major wall cutting much work. Upon cking under sink for turn off. It was tight so we said, fix, so no issues later. Justin was very direct in what steps we could take. Also advising what we needed to do. I am so dissatisfied with a recent visit. They repaired an AC. 2 days later it went out again. I ended up using another company to replace entire unit which would have been the best option to start with. At no time did anyone from Blackburn call to suggest replacing the unit. Now I am stuck with a $400 repair fee for two days of cool air. I called today to discuss the bill and would not budge on the expense. I would have replaced the unit if they had originally told me that was the best option.
