I work nights and did not realize my sump pump died, and I had 2 inches of water in my basement until after 3 p.m. I called them and they were able to move things around, getting someone out there within 2 hours!! (An hour drive to my house). No extra charge for an emergency call. I even made it to work on time. Kyle was incredible. This was my 2nd experience using their plumbing services the 1st being a bathroom leak. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!

Overpriced. $3,500 for a water heater. I learned the hard way, but they charged way over market value. Always get a second opinion. They also aren't a local company they seem. Don't call Dauenhauer at any hour.

KCC changed out a flex duct for hard pipe and installed a dryer vent in my new house. Neal was friendly, courteous and very professional. He explained what he was going to do and went over everything following the installation. Am am very pleased with the work and plan to use KCC in the future.
